I recommended this hotel to my sister and brother in law who are visiting my here in Mertola they wanted to chill in a hotel for a couple of days before onward travel. They are experienced travelers and Francis's job has taken him and Linda all over the world and stopped in 5 star accommodation, their experience of Casablanca , " Linda , said lovely big comfortable clean room ,lovely people and a fantastic relaxed atmosphere xx

“Lovely little hotel”

I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It has a Moroccan vibe and looks lovely. The staff are amazing. My room was nice and big. The bathroom floor and the shower basin were a bit tired but other than that it looked lovely. It’s a great location in Monte Gordo.

A lovely hotel. Arrived at the hotel and got a lovely,warm welcome. We got all the information we needed at the reception. Restaurant wasn't open untill later that evening but there was bar food available. A nice selection. Over the length of time we stayed there, the food was good, but felt there could have been a bit more choice. A lovely big room, with a balcony and a fine size shower room. This hotel is located walking distance from the ⛱ beach, and close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very kind and helpful. Worth a visit.

Admittedly both staff at breakfast and cleaning staff were very pleasant but a youngish lad who usually works in the morning at reception was often curt, unhelpful and unfriendly. Admittedly both staff at breakfast and cleaning staff were very pleasant but a youngish lad who usually works in the morning at reception was often curt, unhelpful and unfriendly. Reception to us is of great importance and a shame to feel somewhat disregarded first thing in the morning and on return was not a good vibe. Room needs some attention for sure. Fortunately we did meet João who was exceptionally helpful, cheerful and friendly. However, he only worked part time.
