I have recently just finished my 2 short stay at this hotel and only wish I could stay longer. I cannot comment highly enough on this hotel,from the efficient,friendly staff, to the high standard of cleanliness and facilities , coffee shop 2 pools and a spa with Sauna ,Turkish bath and indoor pool and of course I must mention the best location in Vilamoura. Due to commitments at home I could only have 4 days here and thinking due to my short stayand a solo traveller I might be designated a basic room On the contrary my 7th floor room was huge and the added benefit of a small concelled kitchen complete with fridge/mini bar, then the balcony and those views outstanding. The breakfast is buffet, but the choice on offer is one of the best I have had I treated myself to a facial, and it was amazing 👏 👏 . If I have one observation, is that for a hotel this size, the spa ladies' changes room only had 2 showers and 2 toilets, so it was a little cramped . Also, please note that a swim cap is required to use the indoor pool. The hotel was quiet but on the Sat night saw an information fluce of visitors coming to spend Xmas but it was not too crowded I would most definitely consider coming back to this hotel 🏨 as it ticks so many boxes

It was our first time in Vilamoura and the only thing that disappointed was the bad storm (obviously out of the hotels hands ha ha). The hotel is in a prime location and only 35 mins transfer from Faro airport. The hotel is huge but on the sea front. We had a lovely room - next time I think we will pay for a balcony and a beach view. We saw the suites/family rooms when they were being cleaned and wow. You can hire the safe in your room which was not very much and also please note you have a tourist fee to pay (this was not alot either). The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very helpful providing me with lactose fee milk every morning. We went in the spa and had a treatment and it was gorgeous. The indoor pool was lovely but could have done with being heated. The jacuzzi was lovely to relax in after the massage. The little tourist train stops outside the hotel so that was very nice to go on and see different parts of Vilamoura. The only downside is we were only staying 3 nights and could not get into the room until 3pm. We felt we were annoying reception when we tried to check in twice one before 3pm and the other just after 3pm. Will definately be back in the summer season, stay for a week and hopefully not in the middle of a storm again.

Myself and my wife and son age 8 stayed for 5 days during October half term. Good points: Really good location for marina and the beach. Hotel and rooms really clean. Staff really polite and really helpful. Indoor pool really good The bar and bar staff brilliant. Bad points Ordered a gluten free beer in restaurant and gave the waiter 5 euro. He put on the table alcohol free beer. Which wife said she would drink. I asked him twice for my change which I never got. Food on my last night was waiter service due low numbers for the restaurant. The service was chaotic with order get mixed up. The pork had was really chewy. Which a shame because all other meals were excellent. Jet2 stated other facilities that you could book/ hire mobility scooter at the hotel. The receptionist was unable to get a scooter as supplier stopped supplying mobility scooters and another company he tried the phone kept ringing out. The receptionist tried his best really helpful but unfortunately it meant my wife couldn’t walk far first couple of days while waiting an order one ourselves. In conclusion a really good hotel. But when buy drink in the restaurant charge it to your room.

“Enjoyable”

Great location, super clean, large room with great view, good facilities in hotel, enjoyed the hotel cafe, spa lovely, spa pool water was a bit cold but staff were super helpful and kind. Breakfast is brilliant, plentiful with a great range and attentive staff. Reasonably priced for what you get.
