“Fantastic dog friendly hotel for the ferry port”
We had another fabulous stay here (apart from the torrential rain 😉!). The staff go above and beyond especially with our limited Spanish! Elena in reception was so accommodating & helpful - our ferry was delayed & she organised a late check out which was fantastic as we were travelling with a dog.… more

The 2 ladies at breakfast are always so friendly also. The lady on room service was amazing also. And the food was good. A fantastic hotel if you are going to the ferry port especially with a dog & want parking. Thank you all & see you next year

“Dog friendly great location for ferry stopover”
Great hotel. Perfect for a stopover before the ferry to Uk. Very dog friendly. Charge of £25 per night but provide bed and bowls. Great location and easy to walk to seafront. Parking was provided with a small charge. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

“Fab hotel in Santander”
Fabulous. Lovely adapted room with balcony. Dog bed and bowls provided. Good location, near shops and places to eat. One of the very best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Would happily stay again.

“Good location, clean and comfortable room”
Perfect location, staff were all helpful and polite. Room was on the small side but enough for the 3 nights we stayed.

“Typical NH quality hotel in a great location”
Like all NH hotels you get quality and consistency in staff. The receptionist was excellent and made us feel very welcome. We parked in their car park round the back, but unfortunately it didn’t connect to the hotel. The room was comfortable and well appointed, though a kettle would have been nice.
