“Comfortable and clean but minor issues”
Overall the apartment was clean and spacious. However, I feel I need to share these issues we encountered for the company to hopefully address and rectify. Overall the apartment was clean and spacious. However, I feel I need to share these issues we encountered for the company to hopefully address and rectify. Main concerns - There were no oven trays to cook food on. Water took forever to boil in the stove. There were no blankets in the apartment, only sheets on the beds, which I felt were needed during January. We used bath towels for bedding as it was cold during the night even with the heating switched on. What I found most problematic was the €200 deposit made at check in wasn’t taken from hold on my bank account until 5 days after our return. This is supposed to be lifted at check out and could have incurred overdraft charges for me had sufficient funds not been available. Having raised those points we did enjoy our stay and found the property pleasant and comfortable.

“Overall good stay”
Room was very clean and spacious with a full kitchen. Clean bedding was left on the side on day 5 but no clean towels were left but i had bought washing tablets to wash clothes myself luckily. I went and asked for an iron 3 times over 3 different days and was not able to get one. Only 2 lifts worki… more
Room was very clean and spacious with a full kitchen. Clean bedding was left on the side on day 5 but no clean towels were left but i had bought washing tablets to wash clothes myself luckily. I went and asked for an iron 3 times over 3 different days and was not able to get one. Only 2 lifts working which was a mither during busy times especially considering there are 34 floors. Walk down to the beach and main strip is approx 15/20 mins Excellent bus service going up and down the hill though. £200 cash deposit was taken on arrival in the main hotel building, next door to the apartments, and given back on checkout without any issues although i did stay in the summer and they tried to say we had left something in the bed when we had stripped the beds. They would not tell us what it was and gave us the deposit back after a short back and forth exchange. I would stay here again but the hill is a slight issue but like i said the bus is a good service although it does stop in the middle of the day and re-starts later on around 5.
