“Very enjoyable hotel.”

Lovely place. Friendly staff, great food and plenty of it. Nice, clean dining room and bar. Great entertainment. The bedroom was just fine with a brilliant view. Didn't try the pool but it looked really good. Would absolutely recommend. Excellent value for money.

We have just returned from a lovely week in Benidorm staying at this fab hotel. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The rooms spotlessly clean, spacious and modern enough. Maid service daily with fresh towels etc. The hotel generally is absolutely immaculately kept. We were all inclusive and the food was really pleasant. Lots of choice and varied. Drinks included on the all inclusive are good, spirits are local varieties but brands are available to purchase if wanted. The only issue with the all inclusive its a swipe card system as opposed to any other all inclusive I have been to whereby, you would show a wristband. So you need the swipe card (one for each person) when going for a drink or into the restaurant. It’s not the end of the world though. The pool area is lovely, loads of sun loungers available, the pool itself very cold but you get used to it. The evening entertainment was so so, but we had a good laugh. Location wise it’s far enough away not to be in the centre of all of the action of the strip, however 10/15 minute walk and you’re at the night life. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Suprising for Benidorm to have a 2 storey high hotel. Room was big enough but smelt musky going into the room each time. Cleaners were in each morning changing towels, straightening bedding. Thought spa area was a bit of a joke, man would ask if we had booked but no other people there, then ypu couldnt go in with a head cap on which they tryed to charge 4.99, 1.50 in town. Evening meals were very nice, but alot of staff unwelcoming and looked miserable. I commend the lady in bar area of an evening she was always happy and helpful. Dont think i would return.
