“Great hotel. ”
Just back from a fantastic stay at this hotel, my 3rd stay but my friends 1st Cannot fault it, its spotlessly clean, room's comfortable, food good. All staff friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and can't wait to come back. 5 🌟 from me.

“Servigroup Venus Hotel”
Great hotel well placed for Benidorm, excellent standard of cleanliness and great place to stay. We met multiple people who stay regularly and come back year after year. Just one word of note, bathroom door is full frosted glass, so not too discrete if your sharing a room!

This is the 2nd time at the Venus for a group of 10 ladies of various ages. We stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent and the breakfast is fantastic, a great selection too. This is the 2nd time at the Venus for a group of 10 ladies of various ages. We stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent and the breakfast is fantastic, a great selection too. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Rooms a bit small & not keen on bathroom door (we hang a long dress on the door) but didn’t stop us going back as the service is great, from reception staff to bar staff. Lovely pool area & great cocktails! Top tip - take an extension lead as lack of plug sockets without unplugging TV & no kettle so take your own. I’m sure we’ll be back.

I have stayed in the Venus hotel in Benidorm twice and can only say how great it is and how good the staff is from the check in to the cleaner's. Prior to our stay I had read previous reviews (thanks to those who posted) and agree with a lot of the positive comments. It was our first visit and we went for New Year. Our room overlooked the pool and had positives and negatives! Yes the walls are thin and you can hear the TV and chatter from the rooms next door. Yes - thanks to previous tips we took our own kettle, tea and cups etc so we could have our morning cuppa. The shower was really good - walk in - so no struggling to climb in and out of a bath. Would have liked some storage in the bathroom to house toiletries etc. View over the pool was good. The bar was very pleasant, reasonable prices, good measures and excellent staff. The entertainment provided was good too and after trying some of the entertainment in the local clubs a couple of times - we decided we preferred our hotel! Nice to see both locals and visitors getting up to dance. New Years Eve Gala was really good and very well planned, the "One Beatle" entertainer was excellent. We went down to the beach before midnight to watch the fireworks. We were a bit underwhelmed and only found out the following day that the main display takes place at UK time - i.e. 1 a.m. !!! Thats a lesson learned! Thanks to all staff - always pleasant and helpful and hotel is spotlessly clean.
