“Beautiful modern and vibey hotel to enjoy Benidorm”

Stayed for a week in January at this fabulous hotel. Pros: Mega comfy beds, spacious rooms, lovely powerful and hot showers. Amazing breakfast - delicious omelettes, fresh fruits, good range of hot items and cereals/pastries. Friendly and helpful staff Rooftop with incredible views and lovely cocktails. Superb location for enjoying Benidorm Cons: Coffee at breakfast could have been better. You could buy coffees on the rooftop but these were €4 each, I ended up going to a local bakery some mornings where I got 3 cafe con leches for €4.50. Dinner buffet could have more options for vegetarian and vegan diners We hadn’t appreciated how loud Benidorm Fest would be - this takes place opposite the hotel (not their fault!) and the music went on till at least midnight, if not later most nights. I slept through it mostly on the nights I went to bed early but some of our party really struggled. Just bear that in mind if staying the last week in January. If you want to enjoy Benidorm Fest this hotel is PERFECT! We would definitely return and stay again.

This is such a beautiful hotel, located between the Old and New Town. 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to either the Old or New Town, it's such a great location. The room was gorgeous. We were on the 12 floor with fantastic views. The breakfast was plentiful and so much choice to cater for all. Both bars were lovely. The bar on the 1st floor opened up to a fantastic open area with a large pool and lots of lounges and sitting areas. The rooftop bar on the 17th floor was breathing, and the sunsets up there were stunning. The prices were very reasonable and the staff friendly and very helpful. The hotel was immaculate. We would definitely come back. Thank you

This is our second stay and not the last. We booked a Sunset Penthouse in January for a special birthday treat and we were not disappointed, the room with views were spectacular. Room exceptionally spacious and modern. It did have a free standing bath in the room but we never used it, a double shower and separate toilet. Clean towels every day and lovely fluffy bath robes. Hugh bed and quality bedding and room has a fridge, kettle and tea / coffee making facilities. Staff are lovely and really very helpful. We had a car and used the hotel car park for the duration of our stay at €18 per 24 hours. Plenty of car parking spaces. A couple of minor points: - Room needs a bin for rubbish in the actual bedroom for used tea bags etc. - Would have preferred a shower gel dispenser in the shower rather than the tiny bottles that were not replenished during our 4 night stay. - Cups for hot drinks were plastic, should have been ceramic. Other than that this is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location for the old town. Breakfast is also very good with a wide variety and selection that meets everybody’s needs. There is also a show chef cooking, omelettes, bacon, fried eggs, etc. Would we pay for a penthouse room again, probably not because the normal rooms are just as good considering the amount of time you spend in your room.

New year's eve gala took too long 2 1/2 just for 3 courses and it was 10.30pm so gave up waiting for the other 4 courses. New year's eve gala took too long 2 1/2 just for 3 courses and it was 10.30pm so gave up waiting for the other 4 courses. Otherwise the hotel is lovely and clean, staff very friendly, but no evening entertainment at all, so had to go out most nights. We had the Duluxe Room with separate living and bedroom which we loved. Roof top terrace drinks are more expensive than if you have them in the bar.

“Hairs on the floor of the rooftop terrace.”
The rooftop bar has amazing views but I took my shoes off and there were long human hairs stuck to my feet. The floor had a lot of long hairs on the floor . This was at the far end of the terrace. I tried to explain to the waiter about this problem that more cleaning was needed but he was having none of it . Please clean the floor more thoroughly.
