On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

Please be aware If you are booked for these apartments they have no reception area, you have to pick keys up from main office on beach front, ( office hours only) as we had a Late night arrival, we had to pick keys up from another apartment block far away from our apartment, fortunately for me our transfer coach stopped there, so we got off early and picked up our keys, then we paid for a taxi to our apartments. Had to go to main office the next morning as person I got keys from forgot to take compulsory deposit and to get a safe key ( small extra charge for safe not included in booking fee) pretty normal for this type of accommodation. Building was in a good location for our needs, and communal areas appeared in reasonable condition, two good clean fast lifts, (stayed in 8/1), so had a great view over city and you can see the water/ beach and cliffs, ( when the rain let up ) , mostly residential flats, so little noise, some building work was being done on pool area, but given time off year and type of holiday this was not a problem ( out all day / night so missed any drilling) Apartments are basic and dated, could do with a fresh up, if you want to watch TV, you have to get TV remote from main office ( small extra charge) we didn’t bother, no WI-FI in building, be aware apartment has no air-con or heating, given time of year and unseasonal weather could have done with heating, ( apartments were freezing) had to put three blankets on beds to try and keep warm, wrapped up in blankets when in apartment, mostly due to weather, apartments are not serviced which was fine by us (no early morning maid to bother us), top tip apartments are located up top of a steep hill and if walking everywhere is not your thing, down load local taxi app ( excellent service) and always on time. Some local shops of small bit and bobs, there is a big supper market nearby if you are into proper self catering, ( not for us) lots of cheap bars and cafes/ restaurants and take always close by. Apartments have two small electrical rings and a fridge freezer, plus all the usual stuff. Overall cheap accommodation, apartment very basic and needs an update, air-con / heating
