On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

Great site so many facilities and activities, Thursday nights were fabulous, restaurant served good food, staff very helpful and professional, toilet and showers exceptionally clean, site was constantly cleaned and bins emptied. Dog secure play area was brilliant, allowed dogs to run free and stay safe. only issue I had was with people not picking up after their dogs.

This is a first class resort. We have stayed in our motorhome now for two months and will be staying longer probably. The staff are amazing: friendly, professional, always smiling and always make time to help you. We are here in the low season but the pool area and grounds are meticulously maintained. We dont hve kids (with us), but there is entertainment put on for both kids and adults and there are many facilities to be enjoyed.

“A very good FAMILY FRIENDLY campsite.”
Very good facilities. Nice swimming pool. Well laid out site. We had a good sized pitch for our caravan, sun canopy and car. Lots of noisy children/families, particularly at the weekend. The electricity is metered and you pay when you leave, our bill was €15 for 7 nights which we thought was OK.

A busy site with many long stay pitches. Good facilities include warm shower block with spacey fast flowing showers. Large pitches surrounded by hedges. Spa facilities but be aware you pay extra for these - including indoor pool. Easy access to beach ( nudist) on our bikes- or walking but obviously takes longer (?20 mins) Staff on arrival not very welcoming and looked stressed and uninterested in helping with anything ( two women) however on another occasion we spoke to a very helpful man at reception. Cleaner in the toilets really friendly and pleasant. Rather noisy at night with tvs and background noise from the motorway. Guadamar itself not particularly inviting but the sandy dunes were beautiful and the sea blue flag clean for any swimmers out there.

“Good site spoiled by other inconsiderate guests celebrating Halloween”
Lovely site with good facilities near a long sandy beach. Restaurant had no atmosphere and the food was average. Spa, gym and pools nice though you had to pay extra for the indoor pool & spa. Lovely site with good facilities near a long sandy beach. Restaurant had no atmosphere and the food was average. Spa, gym and pools nice though you had to pay extra for the indoor pool & spa. What totally spoiled the stay we had was noisy Spanish families celebrating Halloween all night on Friday. They were running around and chattering loudly outside our pitch until gone midnight. I don’t mind people enjoying themselves but this was totally over the top with absolutely no consideration for anyone else on the site.
