Have just returned from Hotel Santa Rosa first impression was nice as reception area is very modern. The room we had on the 4th floor was disappointing as there was absolutely no view other than really old apartments. The so called balcony was tiny one person just fitted on it. The room was fairly clean but very plain. The pool area is nice enough however the pool itself is very small and deep. The breakfast and dinner was okay usually something nice to eat. The staff are all lovely very friendly. As mentioned in other reviews the walls in the room are paper thin so every sound can be heard especially barking dogs. This hotel is close to the beach and shops which is a good bonus. Probably would not return to this hotel though Lloret de Mar is a very nice area.

Very clean and modern hotel in a fantastic location near the castle and a stones throw from a lovely shingle beach, rooms serviced thoroughly every day, we had a disappointing view/balcony from room 314 at the back, only french/spanish channels on TV but didnt affect our stay as we were out most of the day exploring the fantastic coastal walks on offer. Quite a noisy hotel at night. Roof top pool/bar area is lovely to watch the sunset. Breakfast was the usual canteen/help yourself routine, a bit of something for everyone, my other half prefers a full English so we went to route 66 for the last 3 days which was fab and the best brew around. A boat trip to tossa de mar is a must, a walk up to the castle and along its coastal path was fabulous, also walked in the other direction to fenals. Didn't head into 'the strip' as enjoyed where we were with fabulous restaurants and shops within minutes of leaving the hotel. Would I return?? Yes, but probably not in September

“Nice area, better hotels for the money”
Definitely not 4 star. Looks great on arrival but rooms are basic and lack atmosphere. Balcony is tiny. Our bed sheets weren't changed once in a week or room cleaned. Towels were and bun emptied. Definitely not 4 star. Looks great on arrival but rooms are basic and lack atmosphere. Balcony is tiny. Our bed sheets weren't changed once in a week or room cleaned. Towels were and bun emptied. Bar prices are a little expensive, pool very deep and not enough sunbeds. We requested a late check out due to flight times and weere told no. No facilities to wash or change if you do have late flight. Not all negative, the area is lovely with some nice bars and restaurants. Would go back but not to this hotel.
