“Great stay at great location”
Fantastic stay right by the beach. Friendly, helpful staff. We were able to get a complimentary upgrade given it was tail end of the season. We loved being able to open the balcony doors and listen to the ocean sounds from our bed. Very convenient to dining nearby too. Would definitely come back ag… more

“Value for money, book with confidence”
Nice hotel, very clean, right on the beach of Platja d'Aro. The main reason we booked this hotel is the a la carte restaurant. Food safety No buffet but freshly prepared. Nice hotel, very clean, right on the beach of Platja d'Aro. The main reason we booked this hotel is the a la carte restaurant. Food safety No buffet but freshly prepared. We chose the full board option, but half board was actually sufficient. There is plenty of choice on the menu for everyone, there is a separate menu for children. The staff are all very friendly but Eduardo, the restaurant manager, is particularly excellent. He always made time for a chat and made sure everything went perfectly in the restaurant. Top class The swimming pool is small for children to have fun, but the sea is a few meters from the hotel. Our daughter thought the sea was fantastic. It is not a sandy beach, pebbles. Bring beach slippers We had a side view of the sea from the balcony, not spectacular but we were only there to sleep. Every day we stayed at the beach until 11:00 pm. Value for money, book with confidence

We stayed here for a few nights and were a little concerned about some of the negative reviews, especially about the staff. Our experience was however completely the opposite. The staff were super friendly and professional, and added to our positive experience generally of the hotel. We had a front suite and loved the room - the deck overlooking the boardwalk and beach was a treat and we never found the noise level to be high or bothering, even at night. The room is nicely appointed and the bed was heavenly. The bathroom was modern and spacious - my only complaint would be that there was nowhere to hang the towels in the bathroom! My husband had some work calls to do and found the wifi to be good enough to manage his zoom calls in the room. The breakfast was so good - do not miss it if you have the option. We otherwise didn’t eat at the hotel - there are too many fun food options within walking distance. We had access to the beach beds and loved those - the umbrellas are a bit too small though to make a full day out there possible - we got too hot. But the pool area on the roof deck is a perfect place to retreat to. We spent many hours up there and never had a problem getting a bed to nap on. The pool is small but my kids didn’t seem to care. The only annoyance I can think of was the pool deck towel system. We had to go down to reception to sign for them and then couldn’t get more, or at least weren’t told how to do that. But overall, a great stay and we’ll be back.
