“The best staff in town in an amazing location”
Amazing location, very clean and the most brilliant staff. My stay was part family and party vacation, and the hotel catered for both equally well. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. We have really enjoyed our stay during April 24. Location is amazing, right on the seafront. Hotel is very clean and their cleaning staff clearly work very hard. Bathroom and room are left spotless and fresh every day, corridors are mopped and floor to ceiling glass windows are sparkling throughout hotel, leaving crystal clear views of the sea. Staff are very pleasant and welcoming regardless of shift and greet you with a warm smile every time you pass. Breakfast buffet has huge variety of hot and cold options and a friendly chef will cook eggs exactly how you like them with a friendly smile. Coffee and hot water with tea assortment is help yourself out of machines. Dinner has good variety of options. Staff in the aiguanarina restaurant are super friendly, polite and efficient. The chef will also cook a selection of fresh fish and meats to taste in front of you. We really appreciated the extra little things that make a difference such as having a copy each of the room card so we could go about our day separately.- Luna at reception even labelled the numbers on for us when we asked, so we could distinguish between key cards, which was super helpful. This is very helpful if you have teenagers who need a room of their own down the corridor but you need to check on at odd times. The Wi-Fi was also excellent (unlike in many hotels where you cannot really stream videos without it buffering) and the free safe in the room to lock away valuables like passports and devices is a plus ( other Spanish hotels we have been to charge extra to use this which is off-putting and penny-pinching) The decor of the hotel is modern, freshly done and tasteful, the beds are great. Shower is great. Noise is minimal. Clientele at this hotel are older people, the odd athlete looking to do some training on their bike or run and the odd family with younger children who are well behaved. It was less noisy and more relaxing than in other bigger hotels we have been to where we have been disturbed by drunken shouting in corridors. If you are looking for a quieter hotel with civilised clientele, this is a good bet. The rooftop sun beds are amazing. We enjoyed the sun up there- great place with an amazing view to curl up with a book. If you’ve forgotten a book, head to the bookcase by reception where you can borrow a book from its shelf. There was quite a selection in different languages and genres and we liked how it contributed to re-using paper books and the environment. Special mention to Luna and Borja at reception who were super helpful and welcoming and to all the cleaning ladies who do a wonderful job. Also thank you to Oriol, Edgar and the young lady at the aiguamarina restaurant (didn’t have a name badge) who were also super welcoming and efficient. We will be back !!!

“Fabulous Holiday Hotel”

“Small clean hotel with friendly staff but hotel dining experience not great.”
Stayed at this hotel with my wife and friends on a group cycling holiday. Hotel offers secure storage for bikes in an underground car park of adjacent building. Stayed at this hotel with my wife and friends on a group cycling holiday. Hotel offers secure storage for bikes in an underground car park of adjacent building. Rooms and clean and modern with comfortable beds and we paid extra for sea view room with balcony. Ensuite facilities are good. High rise buildings are situated on each side of this hotel and the hotel has a ground level terrace area overlooking the beach. The dining experience at the hotel is better on this terrace than on the below ground bar but the food was disappointing and staff struggled to cope with our large group with long waits between individuals being served. Reception staff however were friendly and helpful. Breakfast were €17 per person so we did not take this option, choosing to walk the 150 metres or so to the main street where there are numerous cheaper options.
