Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. We stayed for two nights en route to Menorca. Our dog was welcome and our room was stunning. Natural stone walls , spa bath and really comfortable. Breakfast was a delight! The choice was amazing and there was a hot element to it as well - bacon and scrambled eggs. We had an evening meal on one of our nights and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and the environment was fantastic if you like rustic, which we do. There is an outdoor pool and sun beds and an indoor spa pool which I have to admit was disappointing. Mas Palou is easy driving distance to Roses and I’d love to go back sometime. Just lovely.

Perfecfly placed near the main road but nested among trees, this old 'Mas' is the ideal place for a short - or long - stop. Some rooms might need some maintainance (ours had the the shower but lacked the box), but everything is clean and proper. Staff are super kind and smiling which makes the general atmosphere even more pleasant. There is an open air shadowed terrace where you can work, relax, or read a book. Dinner is served in this terrace. There is also a swimming pool. Breakfast is very rich and varied.
