Oh all you haters, I was so nervous having read all the reviews, but honestly only arrived yesterday 25/07 and couldn't be more impressed. Staff are amazingly helpful I have certain medical requirements and they were really helpful and flexible to ensure I was okay and my needs were met. Food is a… more
Oh all you haters, I was so nervous having read all the reviews, but honestly only arrived yesterday 25/07 and couldn't be more impressed. Staff are amazingly helpful I have certain medical requirements and they were really helpful and flexible to ensure I was okay and my needs were met. Food is amazing. Bar staff so friendly. Reception staff so helpful and polite. Just incredible. 5 Star staff.

Well start with the good points rooms are ok hotel nice and clean the 2 bar staff lads are really nice . Bad points The food is nearly the same everyday and cold and had to use the microwave to warm the food up. When your having a few drinks in the evening they turn the lights out at 11 as if to say it`s bed time like naughty kids. Would not go again because of the food and lights out at 11 which is a shame.
