“Convenient and enjoyable”
Good hotel in a convenient location, close to Cartagena as well as the motorway. Large clean room and bathroom and very friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty menú del día that included a drink and offered excellent value for money. Buffet menu available at an additional cost. Worth the money.

“Great Hotel”

My wife and I stayed there while traveling in Spain and the hotel was great. First off this Hotel is fairly close to Downtown, so a quick drive or a cab ride will get you to the historic downtown. The hotel was quite nice, simple rooms, an ice machine which is the first one we've actually seen in Spain, there is a Grocery store about a 5 minute walk from the hotel or a 30 second drive with it being very easy to drive back. Originally we had a room on the second floor, but what happened when we got back from being out in the town the Air Conditioning wouldn't come on, and it was 30 degrees and very humid in the room (My wife had just had a shower). We couldn't get the HVAC controls to work at all, the dehumidifier setting or even just straight ventaliation, we spoke to the girl at the front desk who came up to take a look, couldn't get it working herself, very politely explained that they don't have a maintenance person on staff and changed our room to where the Air Conditioning was working, she even let me check to make sure before she put us into another room. The restaurant was also very good, both my wife and had the gourmet hamburger which was delicious, the fries that came with it were very good as well. The chamber really was gourmet with a gourmet cheese too, it truly was fantastic. Parking was fairly easy, we never had a problem finding a space, but we didn't get to the underground parking so I can't confirm how good that was. The room was simple, and clean. Would definitely recommend as an inexpensive hotel that believes in quality. 5 out of 5

“Weekend”
Good hotel, easy access from dual carriageway, clean, well equipped, but on weekends restaurant and bar are closed, you have to go out for a coffee! Plenty of hot water, good shower, no tea or coffee maker
