This was our sixth time staying in the hotel, and we'll return there for sure. This was our sixth time staying in the hotel, and we'll return there for sure. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and, for a little extra cost, you get a room with a fantastic view over the pool and the sea. The hotel staff are professional and care about the customers. We have also noticed that the hotel manager personally walks around and checks every detail. The heated indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi are just great. The food is very good and the restaurant service is excellent. We were particularly impressed by the young man Ramón who professionally managed the tables.

Benalmadena Palace is the place to stay, it's in an ideal location with full amenities all round, you recieve a very warm welcome from the moment you arrive by the reception staff, their quick and very efficient before you know it your in your room, You could eat your dinner off the floor it's that clean. The maids make beautiful swans out of the towels and make your beds up for you everyday. Nothing seems to much trouble for the staff. There is plenty to do so know time to get bored, Natasha from entertainment kept the kids busy from morning till night always a smile and happy to see everyone.

Entertainment staff (natasha) was extremely engaging in all the entertainment activities and gives an overall positive experience. She truly is an exceptional asset to the team. Hotel was generally very clean and a high quality service given. The only downfall Is that when boarding with all inclusive it's unclear as to what's offered to you which could use some clearer communication for those unfamiliar when checking in. Genuinely would recommend for all ages and would definitely return
