On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

My husband and I have just returned from the Mac Puerto Marina Hotel. Please look at the positive reviews as there are many more than negative. If we are visiting the area we look no further than the MAC it's the very best. The minute you enter reception you are greeted with a smile all staff are exceptional. The management (Nicolas and the lovely Rosa) go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Planning our next visit. See you all very soon xx

As usual the hotel has passed my expectations for everything From when I checked in with the reception staff who were so friendly and helpful to when I arrived at my room. The room was immaculate with all the facilities that I could expect and more. The housekeeping was second to none cleaning the room every day and changing the towels bedding tea coffee facilities just amazing. I’ve stayed here around 9-10 times but it was the first time I had used the spa but won’t be my last I was given a tour of the spa before I started by a well informed lady Then the restaurant Omg its hard to believe that the food was as good as it has always been a different experience every single night I’ve a 100 different dishes The restaurant staff are so friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to help everyone The bar staff are very knowledgeable about everything from a coffee to cocktails and such a great selection of wine The general manager jeronimo is so nice and polite But the assistant general manager Rosa is always at hand to help with anything she and Isobel are my favourites Rosa would actually check on me to make sure that I am okay So to end I’m having the best holiday yet and already can’t wait to come back again It’s like my 2nd home and I get treated as such

“Lovely hotel”
Lovely hotel, the spa is amazing!!! Food only ok but maybe personal taste as others enjoyed, would still stay here again! Location is perfect, right next to the beach, too cold when we stayed but it looks like a lovely swimming spot! Staff lovely
