“Rainy week”
It was a bit sad that it rained the whole week, but I still had a great time at Hotel Palmasol. I really enjoyed the gym, spa, and daily pilates,yoga and streching classes. thank you to the animation team! It was a bit sad that it rained the whole week, but I still had a great time at Hotel Palmasol. I really enjoyed the gym, spa, and daily pilates,yoga and streching classes. thank you to the animation team! As a vegan, I appreciated the fresh food with plenty of veggies and fruits to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though I did feel the reception staff could have been a bit friendlier. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I’d recommend it!

Had a great stay at Hotel Palmasol! To start with the only negative thing, which was the restaurant queue, could be a bit annoying at times, especially during busy hours. Friendly staff with great work ethic and always willing to help. Rooms were nice and clean, which made for a super relaxing and comfortable stay. The animation shows were a lot of fun and kept everyone entertained during the quiz night, special thanks to Jack!☺️ The live music added a cool vibe to the evenings. Fav one was the Bohemian group on Friday!

“Great hotel in excellent location”
Arrived yesterday - lovely hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Tips -if you like us enjoy a drink in our room or on balcony - bring glasses & corkscrew. Also beach towels are very expensive to hire so bring your own. Lovely walks to bars etc

“Decent hotel not sure about all inclusive option”
The hotel is in a good location and is very clean and modern however there were large queues for breakfast and dinner at low season so id worry about this in high season. The hotel is in a good location and is very clean and modern however there were large queues for breakfast and dinner at low season so id worry about this in high season. Every drink, coffee, snack and meal is logged via wristband which is frustrating for guests and staff also by looks of it. Quality and range of food is limited so I wouldn't go all inclusive if I was there again as better options in local restaurants at better value probably. A good place just to stay though.

I couldn't decide whether to give it a 2 or 3 star. I'll start with the positives: 1 Receptionist Pilar stood out to me really friendly. The breakfast was what you would expect, but if you want toast it takes a while and it gets really busy. It has easy access to the top road for buses to alot of locations. It has easy access to the marina and promenade. The pool area looked nice but due to weather not being great didn't get to use the pool. There was always a life guard there. Now for the negatives: The evening food was not very enjoyable and there were always long queues and waiting around for items to be replenished and some of the items were cold. On arrival the bedding was dirty, I got them changed but have to say the 2nd lot of sheets were dirty. Had to go to reception twice and eventually I spoke to Carlos the manager after waiting nearly 25 minutes to come even though I was told he'd be 5 minutes (not a polite man, I sent an email with pictures of the sheets, curtains, bed, floor with items that hadn't been swept and the dirty balcony I'm still awaiting a reply from him) they did offer a room swap but all I wanted was clean bedding too rest as had a long day and had already unpacked everything. I don't think this room was cleaned prior to us going in there. The small pedal bin in the bathroom was broken as very rusty. On one occasion yet again I had to go to reception as there were no hand towels in the room. I definitely wouldn't agree with the hotel being 4 stars especially due to the cleaning issues. I will add some photos of the issues of the room but not all.
