This is a fantastic hotel where you, as a guest, are treated like a VIP: personal, very friendly employees, nothing is too much for them. The beautiful rooms, with spacious bathroom, have a beautiful view of the sea. The restaurant has a wide selection of tasty top dishes and fine wines. Everywhere in the hotel it is very neat, you can literally eat off the floor. The location is also optimal with an exit to the beautiful promenade and very close to a beautiful walking park. Our holiday was fantastic, a big thank you to all employees ! We will definitely come back !

The hotel with a family atmosphere and great service, located in a beautiful place with direct access to the promenade by the sea. Friendly, helpful staff with a professional approach, to whom we thank for a pleasant stay.

This is our second visit to Vincci Aleysa. Last time we were amazed. And... likewise this time after seven years. Why? This is "cool luxury" and not opulent "bling-bling". It's the type of calm retreat where you are exemplary treated, but with no silly fuzz. Elegant, but not a silly-ish fancy environment. No golden decors. No red carpets. The big asset is the staff. So professional and they are always ready to assist - otherwise they "leave you alone". That type of professionalism makes a true five star hotel - in our opinion. The day before arrival a staff member (Felipe) called us and welcomed us - in our own language (Swedish). Not in any way necessary, but the effort: just so a nice touch! The hotel is not small, but has a clear intimate feeling. You feel very at home, even though all the resources of a well functioning big hotel is at hand. Rooms are spacious (even the "budget" ones) and offers plenty of comfort in every way. Superior (very large!) beds, seating areas, lavish bathrooms and all amenities (of course). All that you need and want. Welcome "treatment" can be a bit stiff and upnose on five star hotels. Not so here. Sure, your car is taken care of, you are offered to sit down with a drink while the reception staff fixes the paperwork, you are shown your room etc, etc. But everything is done with such an easy, polite but relaxed, attitude. For us - that is a true five star hotel. The breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant Alamar. A real treat. Overwhelming in every respect. I could go on with details. But it's not really necessary: this is a top hotel. AND at an affordable price! Highly recommended! PS I review the hotel's restaurant Alamar in a separate review.

“Relaxing”

This is truly an outstanding hotel. We have returned many times and always receive the warmest welcome. The service is excellent and breakfasts are amazing. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. All the staff go over and above to make a stay there relaxing and enjoyable.
