“Another wonderful holiday”

As always this hotel is always top class. We’ve stayed here several times now, it always impresses. Our room was very nice, Great staff, spotless and lovely pools and grounds and a great pool bar serving food and drinks at competitive prices. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you

“Exceeded expectations”

Exceeded expectations. Viewing the very mixed reviews of this resort we came with quite low expectations. Exceeded expectations. Viewing the very mixed reviews of this resort we came with quite low expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to find spacious, clean apartments with everything you might need for self catering. The 3 pools we noticed were cleaned every other day. My baby loved the baby pool and you could buy floats and any other essentials (milk/tea/coffee/bread) from the shop on the resort. With regards to the buffet meals, we found breakfast to have the best selection. We opted to just pay as you go instead of committing to Bed and Breakfast or Half Board etc. These meals were added to the room and were paid at the end of our stay at check out. The only thing we were quite aggrieved at, was check in is not until 1700, which we were not aware of and not prepared for. Having been up at the early hours of the morning and travelling all day and arriving at 1300, we were ready to shower and have a nap, especially for the baby. Other than that we had a fantastic time. There were 7 of us in total with 3 apartments and it suited everyone's needs and tastes and was much much nicer than we all expected. We would definitely come back.

“Friendly staff and clean hotel”

We were here for 3 weeks at the end of January and it was amazing. The facilities were great, there was always someone going about cleaning. We were here for 3 weeks at the end of January and it was amazing. The facilities were great, there was always someone going about cleaning. Special thanks to our housekeeping team but especially Malena she was so friendly. Ana in breakfast was fantastic, although we only went for breakfast a handful of times she always remembered our room number which was a special touch. I will return again hopefully in November.

“All Inclusive Drink Experience”

Lovely apartments. We were all inclusive. Food was good but was disappointed with the wine selection for us. I only drink white wine and enjoy a glass with dinner. Lovely apartments. We were all inclusive. Food was good but was disappointed with the wine selection for us. I only drink white wine and enjoy a glass with dinner. Just one white wine on tap in the restaurant was undrinkable. Non AI guests were able to order wine from a selection at the bar which was not accessible to us. Cocktails for AI guests were premixed and served from a jug and tasted like squash. Non AI guests were served freshly made cocktails to order with all the trimmings. We paid a premium to go all inclusive and felt like second class citizens. Would return to Las Marismas but not on an all inclusive basis.
