“Fantastic for Families”

A pre Christmas relaxation break and this hotel didn’t disappoint. We opted for all inclusive in a side sea view room. This hotel has recently had a complete refurbishment and is very well appointed. The rooms are large bright and tastefully decorated with equally nice bathrooms. The communal areas are also very nice with plenty of seating areas and the addition of slides between floors which the children loved! There is a lovely outdoor dining terrace looking across to the coast which we used for breakfast lunch and dinner. The main dining room is large and bright with an excellent selection of food to suit all tastes as well as a children’s buffet and family seating area. There was a plenty of activities on offer for those that wanted them both daytime and evening. The all inclusive drinks package was well worth it with a plentiful supply of bottled wines, tap beer and premium spirits and mixers.

Honestly the best hotel. 10/10 recommend, would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone was super friendly and couldn't help enough. Entertainment fantastic. Honestly the best hotel. 10/10 recommend, would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone was super friendly and couldn't help enough. Entertainment fantastic. Food incredible with lots and lots of selection. My fussy children always found something they liked. Live show cooking. Fresh omelettes cooked in front of you and of your choice were a hit every morning. Friday nights bbq night...very good. Drinks were help yourself, including making your own alcoholic drinks. Cocktails could be found in the day time bar and were 10/10. My children loved the pools. Unfortunately the other kids 'bouncing ball' pool was out of order which was a shame but understand these things happen and can't be helped. My kids also loved the slides that took you from one level to the next, great idea. Kept them busy while checking in and the other yellow slide when we were enjoying a cocktail on the terrace after dinner. Rooms were large and cleaned every day. We were upgraded to a pool and sea view which was a massive hit. Only negative is we had two singles pushed together and I must admit was annoying, however beds themselves were comfortable. The beach was incredible, it was like being in the Caribbean! We can't wait to try a different iberostar and have high expectations now! :) Thank you for a great stay.

“Cracking hotel and staff”
We have just got back from this resort and it was one of the best.. Staff, food and recently renovated hotel made it a great family trip.. Just having the slides in hotel was a great touch and big shout out to the entertainment team, our girls were in awe

This hotel is exceptionally clean, food is of a really good standard and the family room suited us, with having private space for my teenage son. The only downfall for us was the noise. The hotel is geared up for smaller children and with that comes the noise. There was nowhere that you could escape to to get some quiet time. If you are a family with small children, this is the place for you!

Spent 1 week here. Very nicely decorated hotel. Reception area impressive. Slide is a great idea for the kids. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels. Spent 1 week here. Very nicely decorated hotel. Reception area impressive. Slide is a great idea for the kids. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, body lotion provided and well stocked. Fridge in room. Room key is part of your wrist band - no key card to carry round - great feature. Water filling stations dotted round - no bottled water. Good food selection - fresh omelettes at breakfast and fresh pasta at tea. White and rose Cava available at the bar and lunch buffet. Self service soft drinks available. Snacks in the bar. Pool towels require a deposit. If you download the iberostar app it tells you activities with times and days. The app has a nice feature that notifies you when your room has been cleaned - useful. Staff very friendly and helpful when we arrived on Thursday. The staff changed on Mon and several of them were really quite rude and unhelpful across the restaurant, bar, chefs & people clearing the tables. This was a shame. Entertainment staff were nice all week. Not far to walk into town and beach path is a nice walk.
