first time staying at vistaflor bungalows from the moment we arrived we were met with a friendly guy at reception hassle free of checking, place looked spotless clean was a first impression, our bungalow was easily found with the directions given. as it was in the afternoon we soon found the bar area greeted by members of staff Nourdin and Fran explained how all inclusive worked and which drinks were available, it was busy but plenty of seating and sun loungers if we wanted, the entertainment during the day was fun and we later found out the guy in control jonathan smiling friendly and full of energy through our weeks stay. the food we found was really good couldnt fault at all as much as we wanted and the restaurant was always clean even around the areas where the food was being served. we met alot of lovely friendly people whom we have remained friends. we decided one evening to dine in the main restaurant talking to Nourdin asking for recommendations he pointed out the Chateaubriand i must admit when it was served he carved in front of us which we thought was a really nice touch. overall had a great week the sun was out friendly staff, all areas we clean can not fault. vistaflor bungalows will definitely be seeing us back. i could write more but its a place to visit and enjoy for yourselves tony and wendy...

We had a lovely time at Vista Flor. We would like to thank Nourdin, Alberto,Santana, and Marie and ALL the other staff at the hotel who were friendly and very helpful during our 3 week stay. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the bungalows were good although there are stairs up to the bathroom and bedroom. They were cleaned every other day and linen was changed too. The swimming pool was excellent. There is a good shop on site that was open every day for 12 hours and supplied all the basics including fresh bread and pastries every day. There is a free bus in the morning from near the hotel to Maspalomas Beach and back again in the afternoon. The Botanical gardens are next to the hotel and is free to get in. There was a Jet 2 rep at the complex most days to book trips around the island. We would recommend staying at Vista Flor to our friends and family.

Vistaflor is a nice resort with many bungalows and a swimming pool, restaurant and bar, it is conveniently located between Yumbo centrum and Faro with free shuttle . Night and day entertainment is very funny, with many events and happenings, and Jonny is a super nice guy leading the entertainment with guests who made our vacation a special one!

Overall, the hotel met expectations and was very clean, which is always a good start. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for two, with well-functioning air conditioning that was much appreciated in the heat. A full kitchen was a nice addition, even though we were on an all-inclusive plan, as it allowed us to use the fridge and have some flexibility with food and drinks. The staff across the resort were friendly, welcoming, and engaging with guests, which added to the experience. The pool was well-maintained and convenient, and finding a sunlounger wasn’t too difficult, a definite plus. However, the entertainment felt minimal and a bit thrown together, which was disappointing. Food was very hit or miss. It seemed more tailored to mainland European guests, meaning some dinner options weren’t very filling. The all-inclusive drinks were decent, but the cocktails were all premade from a machine and varied in taste, which was a letdown. One of the biggest frustrations was transportation so not the hotel itself. The shuttle service was unreliable, and public transport wasn’t much better, so we ended up taking taxis more often than expected, which added extra costs to the trip. For the price we paid in the off-season, the stay was good overall. However, I wouldn’t be keen to pay significantly more during peak season. It’s a decent option for a couple wanting a comfortable stay with friendly staff, but those expecting top-tier dining and entertainment might want to look elsewhere. Would visit again.
