“Receptionist Ricardo is fantastic! Apartments great value!”
We had a very nice greeting from the receptionists. The 2 receptionists Angel (evenings) and Ricardo (mornings) are just brilliant. The most friendliest receptionists we have ever met. These guys were the best thing about the hotel. They made us feel so welcome. Ricardo works so hard in the morning… more
We had a very nice greeting from the receptionists. The 2 receptionists Angel (evenings) and Ricardo (mornings) are just brilliant. The most friendliest receptionists we have ever met. These guys were the best thing about the hotel. They made us feel so welcome. Ricardo works so hard in the mornings. He also changed our room for us as we preferred a higher floor with a balcony and it was no trouble for him at all. The apartments are clean and have everything you need. The pool area and gardens are also lovely and clean. The hotel is ideally situated next to a supermarket and 5 mins walk to the beach. There is also a bus stop round the corner. Our favourite restaurant is Patio Canarios and that was a few metres down the road. I know there is a lot of reviews about cockroaches. They are quite common in hot countries and you will never get rid of them. We only had a few little baby ones but we learnt how to manage them… 1- Clean and wash up in the kitchen (no crumbs) 2- Use the provided Cockroach spray to spray under the door and around kitchen floor. 3- Keep lights on as cockroaches love the dark as they are nocturnal. 4- Keep your bin closed and clean. You will never get rid of cockroaches as they are native to Spain just like ants in the UK! So don’t complain they are nature! The cleaners do a great job of cleaning the rooms. Our only complaint was the front door access at night is temperamental. The slot machine does not work for everybody’s key cards so many guests would be stuck outside the front door waiting for a receptionist to let us in! A new system would be better or someone on reception 24 hours. We loved our holiday here at Las Faluas and we would definitely stay again. 😀

Had a very warm and friendly welcome from Ricardo on reception 😀 the apartment was very clean and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday including bottled water, tea, coffee and sugar on arrival. Had a very warm and friendly welcome from Ricardo on reception 😀 the apartment was very clean and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday including bottled water, tea, coffee and sugar on arrival. The beds were very comfortable and there was a free fan. We had an outward facing balcony which got brilliant sunshine from about 2 o'clock until sundown. The wifi only cost €10 for the week for upto 4 devices. Thank you Las Faluas for a wonderful holiday ❤️

Nice apartments. Clean, but a little dated. Everything you need as a base(and we were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine, although I believe this is not standard). Nice apartments. Clean, but a little dated. Everything you need as a base(and we were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine, although I believe this is not standard). Friendly and helpful reception staff. We are not the type to lie at the pool all day, so can't comment on that, but looked very inviting and we did actually consider a pool day. My impression is that there are a number of privately owned properties in this complex. No air con, but as we were above ground floor, we were able to have the window open for a bit of air. Nice view from the balcony, we stayed in block1, first floor, looking out towards "Rimini" across the road. The road outside can be a little noisy at night, but this is probably due to the proximity to the Kasbah centro, which has lots going on at night. Great location for exploring Playa del Inglés and the surrounding area, about 10 minutes walk to the beach and around 15/20 to Yumbo Centre. Overall, cheap and cheerful, no complaints :)

“Late check out issue”
Not enough plug sockets in your room, so we had to boil the kettle on a chair to reach the plug socket in the kitchen. I would recommend taking a plug extension lead 1 to 2 meters. Due to the limited plug sockets we rearranged the furniture, so the layout was better and was able to access other sockets. We requested late checkout and was told for €20 euros we could check out the next day with no time frame. We returned from our evening out and was told we were not allowed this and they retuned our money, the man on reception offered no compensation, handled the situation really bad and did not even apologise. We had to checkout at 10am, so we were not too pleased especially offering something we had paid for and promised a service which was next withdraw!
