“Great experience at Sal Rossa Apartments”
Me and my husband had a great time there..everything was perfect..the cleanliness, the location, the apartment with wonderful sea view and sunrise. The beds and pillows were the best we have ever found. The pool area was also great which was open to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. “Very relaxing stay”
The first thing to say about this hotel is it is very conveniently located. It only takes about 10-15 minutes in a taxi to get here from the airport. The first thing to say about this hotel is it is very conveniently located. It only takes about 10-15 minutes in a taxi to get here from the airport. The reception staff quickly checked us in and made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and had good air conditioning. It can be a bit tight for space, but then again we only had one room (Two adults and two kids). For two adults there would be more than adequate space. l I think the best thing about Sal Rossa is its close proximity to the beach. Literally two steps from the pool area down to the sand. Really convenient for keeping the kids happy. The hotel is very close to all the main attactions that PDB has to offer, whether it be the superclubs and bars, or a short walk to Figueretas and its quieter bars and restuarants. The pool area has a little bar and restaurant which is quite busy during the day but the staff were well on top of things and were efficient and friendly. Lastly, a special thanks to the cleaning staff who did a great job daily keeping our room clean and providing us with fresh towels. Thank you to everyone at Sal Rossa for a wonderful holiday. Just returned from a week at Sal Rossa and we were not dissapointed. Here are a few answers to questions you might have 1) Rooms...We had a superior sea view and if you can afford it, it is worth the extra. Very spacious and well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Housekeeping come and change towels daily, bedding every 3 You get the morning sun and a nice break from the sun in the evenings. 2) WiFi...There is good WiFi in both the rooms and resteraunt area. I had a bit of work to do and the resteraunt WiFi was strongest, but both worked well. Teenagers would approve! 3) Pool and Longers...pool is beautiful and as we were out of main season we didn't have an issue with loungers, but in July and August you might struggle. 4) Pool towels...are available for 10 euro deposit and 1 euro each swap 4) Beach...the beach in front of Sal Rossa and the big hotels is cleaned each morning by tractor. Further down there is plenty of seaweed, so you are in luck. 5) Food...one of the most reasonable places in de bossa. Menu del dai gazpacho and sea bass just 15 euro! If your more burgers and chips they have that too. The Nice burger is 15Euro with fries. My husband said it was amazing! 6) Staff...friendly, very hard working. Give them a blooming tip 10%. There is Pool drinks service. 7) Transfers...we took a cab circa 15 euros. There is a huge rank at the airport and another one almost opposite the apartments.

Just back from a 4 night stay here in this beautiful hotel . Room was beautiful with a sea and pool view (313) . yes rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need . Staff were friendly and they even accommodated a late check out for me for no additional fee. We were the only Irish guests there , mainly spanish , german and a mix of other nationalities. A very relaxed atmosphere and the location to bars and restaurants is excellent. A few steps onto the beach which is perfect. . I had breakfast each morning and couldn’t fault the food . They are quite strict about certain things , no lilo’s in the pool , no speakers and if you want water you must purchase it from them by the pool . €4 for a large 1.5 litre which is fine . Supermarket only a couple of mins walk away . If you want a relaxed hotel away from the madness of Ibiza , this is perfect. If you want a party hotel then this is not for you .

This was our second visit to Sal Rossa. We love the position of the apartments, right on the beach. We paid extra for a sea view and it is absolutely worth it. This was our second visit to Sal Rossa. We love the position of the apartments, right on the beach. We paid extra for a sea view and it is absolutely worth it. The pool area is lovely with a good sized, clean pool. It’s not always easy to get a bed, easier to get a chair, but you can always lie on the beach until something comes available. There is a nice bar/restaurant which is actually called ‘Nice’. Drinks are reasonably priced and food is a decent standard. Unfortunately this time we noticed the staff weren’t as friendly or efficient as they could be, but we felt that in general in Playa D’en Bossa. The prices have gone up everywhere since we visited 2 years ago and the standard certainly hasn’t. Reception staff at Sal Rossa are very good, always helpful.
