For the price, you can't get much better value for money in my opinion. The room is massive, with all of the amenities you would need. The food is superb from the restaurant bar. For the price, you can't get much better value for money in my opinion. The room is massive, with all of the amenities you would need. The food is superb from the restaurant bar. I had a full English, a burger and the pad thai and each meal was plentiful and very nice. What really sets this place apart is the pool area, enclosed by lovely palm trees and numerous places to relax, either in the shade or the sun. The DJ who comes on at 1pm plays fantastic ibiza tunes and the vibe is very cool. People even come from other hotels to sample the music and vibe, which says a lot! Staff were also extremely helpful and friendly, so all in all, a fantastic place to stay. Thank you!

I’d go as far as to say that during my six days stay I couldn’t fault the hotel in any shape or form.. Simply Superb.. Quite possibly the best value for money hotel on this side of Ibiza.

Loved this hotel, will definitely be back! The pool area is gorgeous the rooms were clean and spacious. The location is great, taxi rank outside, 1 minute walk to the water taxi and mini supermarkets about 2 minutes away. Some of the team serving food and drinks were amazing! Big shout out to Ru… more
Loved this hotel, will definitely be back! The pool area is gorgeous the rooms were clean and spacious. The location is great, taxi rank outside, 1 minute walk to the water taxi and mini supermarkets about 2 minutes away. Some of the team serving food and drinks were amazing! Big shout out to Ruth who was an absolute legend and made my week with how lovely she was! Only downside is there was a group of 'workers' who came in each day to use the pool area and were obnoxious, loud and rude to some of the team working there! Other than that it was a great stay and can't wait to come back!

As a previous Beach Star customer when I saw the Palm Star I knew this was where I wanted to stay for my 40th birthday celebratory trip. The hotel was accommodating before we arrived and tried to locate all our rooms as close together as possible. The pool staff were amazing, super attentive and really friendly; the food and drinks are fab and reasonably priced. There's also a DJ at the pool from lunchtime onwards. We had an issue with lost baggage and the staff at reception were really helpful in trying to help us locate them. Our whole party was in agreement that we would absolutely stay at the Palm Star again. Thank you for making my birthday celebration everything i hoped it would be :)
