“Great !!”
We had a great family holiday here - parents, children and grandparents. Everything was good and the kids loved it ! Beds comfortable and quiet for sleeping. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This place is brilliant. Just returned from a 7 night stay and would without doubt stay here again if we go back to the area. We had a superior apartment which is modern and enough for a family of 4. There's a smart sofa bed which reveals two single beds within it, which can fold away with sheets and pillows inside. If we have one gripe with the room it's that the shower leaks a lot over the floor, so we went through towels quickly. But that's the only gripe and easily fixed with winter maintenance. There are plenty of sunbeds and the rooftop pool is very smart. The main pool by the restaurant goes from about 117cm to 180cm but there's an adjoining shallow pool for younger kids, plus of course the splash park. There's even a small playground with swings etc. All staff are friendly but I'd give particular mention to Julie who works the restaurant and is super pleasant, and Jeffrey who makes sure everyone is having a great time. Seriously, whilst there isn't a kids club, he acts like one - rounding up the kids for a game of football , or target shooting, or to play pool. A great guy and a credit to the hotel, thanks Jeffrey. Everything is clean and tidy, we had breakfast and lunch several times and it was all great. Great entertainment too, especially the magician. You're getting a lot for your money here. We were a bit unsure considering it's often one of the cheapest to book on Jet2, but it's just brilliant value. Go here.

We stayed here for two weeks in October with our 3 kids aged 14, 12 and 6 on half board. Check in was quick and easy and we stayed in a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in the main building with a pool right in front of it. Apartment was basic but had everything you would need. Towels and bedding changed every 2nd day and room was really clean. This first thing that struck me about this place was the laid back atmosphere. It’s super chilled. We mostly used the pool in front of our room but would hop between that and the kids splash park where there is tipping buckets and little slides. These tipping buckets entertained our kids no end! Main pool had a nice atmosphere and was right in front on the bar/restaurant. Plenty sunbeds. There is a pool table under a shade and a little play park next to the kids splash pool. Bar/restaurant food and drink prices are reasonable. The food is good. We were half board and for breakfast you are given a menu with about 7 choices inc full English (all very nice) and this is served to your table. Breakfast is available between 10am and 12pm. This late time didn’t really bother us as we are not early risers on holiday but I get that people with young kids may suggest it’s late. Breakfast also includes fruit juice of your choice and coffee/tea. Dinner was from 1900 hours. For half board adults you are given a set menu with 3 choices for starters and main and this changes each day of the week. Food was great. I never left hungry or dissatisfied with my dinner. This also included a half pint of beer or glass of wine and a dessert. Kids are given a kids menu which includes usual kids stuff - pizza, burger, fish fingers, chicken nuggets, spaghetti bolognese etc. and a dessert. Some of the portion sizes were a little small for my older kids but again the food is good. My kids LOVED the chocolate milk here. I read in many other reviews that the service was slow. It was but this is no fault of the staff and everything we ate was always cooked fresh. We had nowhere to be on a chilled holiday so it wasn’t an issue for us. This leads me onto the staff - wow! Julia, Vanessa, Hannah, Carlos, Jeffrey put in a graft and always with a smile. The staff really make this place and it is clear to see why so many people return here for their holidays. There is such warm and friendly vibes at this hotel and after two weeks we left with hugs and sad faces! Jeffrey kept us all entertained throughout the day - just don’t think you can beat him at pool! The location is about 20 minute walk in the town. We didn’t have a pushchair for our 6 year old so it was a bit far for him on occasion. Santa Eulalia is beautiful . So many lovely shops and restaurants. There is a mercadona 5 minute walk away. This was perfect. Evening entertainment did not disappoint. There was live shows including singers, a saxophonist and the Elton John performance was fantastic. Karaoke and quizzes too on other nights. There is spa treatments but I didn’t get the chance to indulge unfortunately. I did go for a look at the roof top adults only pool. Very peaceful and amazing views. There is a bar up there but it’s maybe only open in the busier months. Overall we had a fantastic family holiday. Returned home and booked again for next year. We have booked just self catering due to our kids being a little older. You can still eat and pay for your breakfast, lunch and dinner if not half board.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here. The apartment was really spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was out of the way of hustle and bustle while also being an easy walk to the marina, bars, and restaurants. We felt very safe walking back after leaving the club at 3am. After we had checked out and we were waiting for our coach transfer to the airport I realised I had left my phone charger behind. Thankfully the man working reception worked really fast to get me a key card so I could run back and get my charger in time to catch the coach! It was so kind of him and I was really grateful. If you are going around April/May time I would suggest taking blankets for in the room. We were freezing cold in bed but when we asked for more blankets at reception they gave some to us which was good. My friend ordered some fruit at the bar one morning and was given a lovely platter, but the manager shouted at the server for giving too much fruit, this was very unprofessional to do in front of a customer, and workers should not be shouted at. My friend ate this fruit while relaxing on our balcony, unfortunately the entertainment team set up a table tennis game right in front of our ground floor balcony (within touching distance) so my friend had no privacy at all and ended up coming inside. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and with a few tweaks and finishing touches this could be a great hotel!
