“Comfort, luxury, tranquility, location and the best breakfast around the world”

I stayed with my husband for 3 nights in October. The hotel is beautiful, very well located in a very quiet area of Santa Eulalia and with all the comforts. The free parking is in front, in a hotel property. All the staff was very friendly. We booked a DELUXE room and they gave us #1306 on the 3rd floor, with a balcony and a spectacular view of the river, part of the town and a piece of the sea. The room is spacious, good closets with drawers, shelves and several hangers and the air conditioning is very good. The mattresses are very hard, they could have at least added a softer topper or memory foam. You can choose between several types of pillows, a plus. We had a Nespresso coffee machine, but there was no kettle, apparently you have to ask for it, but a 5-star hotel should offer it without asking. You can hear a lot of noise from people walking with their heels on other floors, and from children. The bathroom is spacious, separate toilet and bidet, there is a shower and bathtub. The shower needs better lighting (there is a dichroic lamp but it doesn't illuminate very well) and it lacks a non-slip floor. The breakfast is excellent, in a very large and well decorated area, the staff serves all kinds of infusions and the coffee is very well made, the number of food counters and the quality of the products is a spectacle, from the fruits/cereals/yogurt, pastries, hot and cold food, cold meats and cheeses of all kinds, smoked salmon, avocado, salads, caviar, sparkling wine, various breads, different types of salt, oils and spices, to the omelette and pancake counter with its very friendly Argentinian chef. Nothing is missing. A luxury. 100% recommended. We will return without a doubt.

“Back Again”
My 8th visit and it never fails to deliver, staff and facilities excellent, i go to many other places around the work and Fenicia and Santa Eulalia always draws me back, the quiet location, the beautiful rooms, reception staff excellent also.

Beautiful hotel excellent location. Lovely rooms and superb food and service. Fantastic pools and great outside pool bar. Sun beds are the best you will get. Hotel staff are great but a special mention to Tony the Manager, Fargundo and Hannermann (apologies if not spelt correctly) in the restaurant… a credit to the hotel as were all of the waiters and waitresses and other chefs. So friendly. The only negative as many others have mentioned are the drink prices. They are extortionate. I know its five star but this needs looking at please. However we will return it’s fabulous we just won’t drink at the hotel which is a shame.

“Amazing hotel”
Hotel was fabulous. Very comfortable , large, immaculately clean bedrooms. Spa was fab and breakfast beautiful, so much choice. Will definitely return to this well located hotel with all the luxuries we look for when planning our holiday.

Really lovely , helpful, freindly and great at their jobs , staff to be proud to employ, they really do have their hotel and guests at heart. Visited this hotel before and I would certainly return. Lovely loyalty gift from the hotel management.
