On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.

Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

This is a 3* hotel if you are looking for luxury spend a little more and go to a 5* dont moan that the hotel is no good. I think it punches well above its weight. This was our third stay at this hotel and we decided to go for 3 weeks as it was such good value. We were not disappointed, we felt that the cleanliness around the hotel and our room had improved since our visit last year. The hotel has excellent wi-fi all around the hotel and in the room. Even though its an AI hotel it still has a kitchenette (kettle, two ring hob and microwave), The bathroom is on the small side but the shower works fine if a little erratic. Rooms and balcony are all spacious. The room now has a large tv (an improvement on last time) with several channels from British TV. Towels are exchanged every couple of days and sheets once a week. Room cleaned 5/7 days. Pool area is great with plenty of beds available. There is a large Spar Supermarket outside hotel if you need bottles of water etc. The restaurant is buffet style self service and has a speciality menu most nights. There is also a pool bar serving burgers, hotdogs and ice cream outside restaurant hours. The drinks are ok, red & white wine, beers and sangria on tap. There is an adults bar open from 7pm that sells branded drinks and which shows a number of evening football matches. The staff are amazing, from cleaning staff, restaurant staff (Antonia who remembers all the returnees). Special mention to the girls that organise the activities during the day and evening (Freya, Linda, Nikita & Sofia). They work long days and are so cheerful and have a strong work ethic. Would definitely return for some winter sun in the future.

“February in Senou El Trebol”
Hotel spotless. Food had it's ups and downs, my husband is very fussy but enjoyed most of the food. Staff were all friendly and helpful. They also went all out on Valentine's Day in the restaurant, which was lovely. As it was for families as well, entertainment wasn't up to much.
