“Really nice quiet apartments”
We came for our honeymoon. First time in Lanzarote. They are lovely and quiet, staff very friendly. Rooms are fine, just toilet updating needed. Pool area lovely and not too busy. Could do with change of towels etc a little more frequently. Overall a lovely stay for us

Basic room that needs updating (room 105) Pool view that gets very little sun during the day due to overgrown trees hanging over the balcony Cupboard doors in kitchen area didn’t close correctly and loose ready to fall off, fridge rusty in places and in bathroom doors peeling and tiles need cleaning Pool area nice but noticed non guests visiting from outside of the hotel on a daily basis taking up sun beds Most of the staff friendly at reception and the bar area Bar and snacks available at hotel not too badly priced, but can’t take any food or drink items into pool area if not bought at the bar - odd for a self catering complex

We came to these apartments last year around the 7th of February, just after my partners birthday and enjoyed it so much we came again on the 9th of February, Last year, we had a garden view, and the room had been refurbished it was really nice, so this year we paid extra for a pool view, and what a letdown. The room wants updating (room 103). The beds are squeezed in and not comfortable, the toilet rocks, There is some kind of lift up table which comes out of a cupboard, opposite the sink with 2 stools, but it's useless. Just a shabby room for the extra we paid. You get a slither of sun on your balcony about 6pm with all the tall trees stopping it, a massive one outside our balcony, it would benefit the room if the branches were cut. The reception staff are nice, the pool area is really nice but could do with some more sun loungers, as I have noticed more people coming to use them the last few days. The cafe girls are friendly, I only had a bacon and egg baguette the first day, but the egg was like a Haribo so I didn't bother again as she only laughed and couldn't speak English.
