Absolutely perfect holiday.. so peaceful and relaxing. Having your own pool is a dream. The villa is on 2 floors so bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs and upstairs is the lounge, another bathroom, kitchen and laundry area with a washing machine. The balcony is huge, the poolside terrace is huge. Cannot fault these Villa’s… already looking at booking next year. There’s Wi-Fi but no air con or fans sadly. ( only downside) The port area is quite small with a handful of restaurants that do close at 23.00 but Puerto del Carmen is a €12 cab ride away. Currently there is one little supermarket that closes at 20.00 down by the port but halfway up the very steep hill there is a Dino market that is being built. Throughly recommend these villas .. we’ve had a great time away 😊

When we dropped off by our transfer bus we had to call through to the owner to arrange for our keys to be given to us. We waited on some benches by the office and within 10 minutes a lady arrived to check us in. The villas are lovely and spacious. They consist of a living room area with dining table, kitchen area, 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite) one separate bathroom and a private pool with sun loungers and outside dining furniture. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen. Bedrooms all very spacious and comfortable. There is a hill up to the villas from the centre/port but it isn't too much of a climb. The centre has a supermarket and plenty of places to eat and drink. All in all we enjoyed our stay and i would definitely recommend.

Ok, there was a bit of building work next door. I think we heard an electric saw type sound for all of 15 minutes per day. Nothing to write home about. The Villas were extremely clean and had some basic items. For the most part it was an extremely peaceful holiday and the lounge had a tv with English news. The views were fantastic and the upstairs wrap around balcony was quite private. I would suggest that the owner invested about another £500 on the unit, to include cushions for the steamer chairs and some other basic kitchen items such as a chopping board etc. A few pots of plants or garden features may enhance the pool area. The pool was freezing but we braved it every day and it was quite invigorating during the hot sun!

Just got back from these Villas and had a wonderful week. Stayed in a 2 bed villa (there are 6 altogether) they are a little dated but have everything you need. There is no manned reception but you only have to call the phone no. provided and someone is with you within 5 mins. Our villa could have done with a little tlc but nothing that bothered us. They are private, peaceful and tranquil exactly what we were looking for. Amazing outside space and a reasonable size plunge pool. ( was cold but not unbearable) Very spacious inside, all patio doors from the bedrooms open straight out onto your terrace you can lie in bed and watch the sunrise. Kitchen has the essentials if a little dated but all in working order. The marina with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants and one supermarket about a 10 min walk downhill. Bit of a hill coming up but not really a problem we are late 50's which was perfectly fine for anything we needed. We walked to Puerto Del Carmen along the costal path took about an hour at a reasonable pace but taxis are not expensive or you could pay a little more and take the water taxi. All in all a lovely place to visit and I plan to go back next year and would happily stay in the villas again. Just remember these villas are 2* so if you want the height of luxury then it's not for you. Maid changed the towels twice, bedding is not changed for a weeks stay but we were left with clean sheets if we wanted to do this ourselves. Cleaning is not done everyday we saw the maid a couple of times she was lovely and certainly unobtrusive again perfect for us. I would recommend these villas in a heartbeat.

“Lovely stay”
We had a three bed villa, it was clean and spacious, one of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. Marina with shops ,restaurants and bars , nice walks , bit of a killer hill but works off all the lovely food and wine.... Would not hesitate to book again
