“A few tips for a family with 8 and 11 y/o”

I thought it had to be overrated, but it was actually just that good. We were a family of four, children 8 and 11, and the first thing when we arrive we met the receptionist just about the door. She asks us to wait, but as she sees our children she asks if they want to join here since she is about to feed the donkey. Our children are thrilled and that just set the tone for our whole journey. Now: A couple of things you should now. Lunch and dinner: There is no restaurant on the hotel. Well there is every other day or so a dinner, but nothing for you to count on. So you need a car to stay (and rather a SUV since the road is quite bumpy) and there are plenty of great - really great - restaurants in the neighboring villages. Pool is open all year, but of course not heated. There is a few trails up the mountain, but not great for running and pretty much just going and coming. But foremost: this is a great place for you and your family. The children can run around, play, pat the donkeys or sheep, explore the surroundings, eat oranges from the trees. Breakfeast is one of the best I have had, served to you by the table, ready to eat. Always prepared to do the little extra. A few tips for you on what to do: Go to Ecovinyassa. An arange garden. It does not seem that great but totally worth it. Go to Port Soler and try the Frozen yoghurt. One of the best I have had and almost 5 star rating on google. Take the tram into soler and have dinner u front of the church. Anyway. This was great!

This property fully lives up to the photographs on the hotel's website, which we stayed at in late-October. A nice quiet location at the side of the mountains, but not too far from Palma and Sóller. Friendly staff and tasty breakfasts; although no lunches are available and dinner can only be taken on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We stayed in the Sa Caseta Family Apartment, which was detached from the main property, clean, and ideal for a family of four. The apartment had a reasonably equipped kitchen, so it was possible to use for some limited self-catering. A great place to relax and get some peace and quiet.

A wonderful location at the foot of the mountains with stunning views across the valley. The bedroom and bathroom of our Junior Suite were functional and a little dark but the staff, the breakfasts and the atmosphere were excellent. Three nights a week dinner is available on the terrace - the food is fantastic. We spent five nights here and loved it!

We were in shock this place existed. It is settled at the base of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, an epic backdrop for our weekend getaway before heading back to the states. It is a an old ranch converted into a gorgeous, rustic, relaxing atmosphere. Very picturesque. Color pops from every vignette, animals roam around including to burros we became friends with. Our room was very cozy, charming, and very comfortable. This friendly staff makes a homemade breakfast each morning in the ornate dining room of the main building, and was one of the best breakfast experiences we had on our trip. Everything is prepared for you and is so fresh. It is a 30 minute drive from Deià and Valldemossa, less to Sollér, all three are worth making a day trip to. Our main concerns were that the air conditioning decided to go out the day we arrived and it was still very warm and humid that weekend. Also, we were not made aware of the check out process- I booked through Hotels.com, which takes a card at the time of booking. For this hotel, we were not asked to present a card for payment when we arrived. This is the first hotel I’ve experienced that hasn’t done that, which may be for a more pleasant check in process (it was in fact lovely!) We needed to make a 7:00am flight so we left at 4:00am. There wasn’t anyone to speak with in the morning, as no attendants are at the hotel from 10:00am to 6:00am. I do highly recommend this property!!
