“Fantastic place to stay. I would recommend staying there”
The most fantastic place to visit. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff are amazing. A special shout out to Helena who was waiting staff and Miguel, Ricardo and Mirabel on the bar. The most fantastic place to visit. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff are amazing. A special shout out to Helena who was waiting staff and Miguel, Ricardo and Mirabel on the bar. Nothing was too much trouble they were so welcoming and made you feel like you were an old friend. The food and drink on offer is vast a great selection at each meal catering for all nationalities. The pool and spa are equally good clean and relaxing. It’s a quiet hotel which was just what we wanted. Entertainment is on nightly with something for everyone. The flamenco dancers were exceptionally good.

Where do i start firstly let me start by saying im a solo travel blogger of 45 years of age so i have stayed at alot of hotels!! My first impression counts for alot ,if i feel safe comfortable and at ease and this hotel gets a 10/10 for all 3 i was greeted by 2 gentleman antonio and daniel these 2 men on reception where AMAZING nothing was to much trouble i was given an amazing room and this was followed up by them checking i was happy they did not know i was a blogger so i know this was genuine antonio always checked i was ok even taking me to show me where the my eveing meal was . The hotel itself is in a prime location with the beach being a few minutes walk the pool is small and i can imagine in summer getting a lounger would be a issue but the beach is so near there is alway that as a option . Food was nice but not plenty of options but i always found something to eat,There was plenty of options for drinks with a coffee , tea and juice machine on tap but the stars of the hotel really are the staff so much so that i am due to return in april with my son and have swapped my hotel to return to this hotel so i can give a second review of traveling with a teen if in any doubt Book it you will not be disappointed for the price See you next month hotel ilusion calma and spa

We have been to this hotel so many times in the last 15 years (25+) if not more It's set down a side steet so no road noise Walk in to the front of the hotel to bright and clean reception area where you will be greeted by friendly staff check in is quick and easy use the lift to your room Roons are Lovely bright and airy rooms try for a pool view great big walk in showers And cleaners do a fantastic job with daily housekeeping Now the restaurant New dining room furniture has recently been added given this area a modern update the food is always well presented and a good choice for breakfast lunch and evening meal also wine beer and soft drinks are help yourself if you have the all-inclusive package Now on the ground floor you'll also find entrance to the outdoor swimming pools and chairs and sun lounges Also on the ground floor you will find the snack bar the bar and a stage for entertainment some of the staff on the bar some have been there for decades and you will always be guaranteed a warm welcome and drink downstairs as a small Spa area with plunge pool sauna steam room a small fitness area this hotel is perfectly located for the beach and a short bus ride into Palma WILL we be going back to this hotel Yes of course we will in the end of March with friends to celebrate a early 60th birthday again and again and again a big thank you to all of the staff (too many names to mention) that make this hotel a fantastic place see you all again soon
