This hotel was 10/10 in every single aspect! Every member of staff that we came across was a delight to talk to, they helped us with everything we needed and couldn’t do enough for us. We were checked in by Martha which was an extremely easy experience, we also left our bags with reception for the morning as we turned up early! Our room had everything we needed from shower products to body lotion and even toothbrushes for us. It was clean and modern, we upgraded to the Jacuzzi room and it was incredible. (our only issue is the temperature was set and we couldn’t adjust it so it was a tad lower than we would have liked!) The bar area was lovely and they had live music on the two nights that we did stay in and the cocktails are to die for! We had the buffet for dinner here one evening and the food was spectacular, there was a wide range of choices and everything was fresh and hot. We spent a lot of time at the pool on the roof and the view was to die for, unfortunately we went in February so the pool was like an ice bath but that’s to be expected! Every area of the hotel was clean and well looked after, we can’t fault anything! We also hired out the E bikes for two of the days we were there and they were a great little touch as it made it easy to get around. This was easily the nicest hotel i’ve ever stayed in, it was so beautifully decorated and aesthetically pleasing. They’ve done an incredible job with the interior design and everything feels ‘expensive’ and ‘luxury’!

“Lovely hotel with great food and staff”

We were swapped to this hotel last minute and we were upgraded to half board to compensate for this. Lovely hotel, clean facilities and the food was excellent. Staff were all very friendly and willing to help, especially Adela, filip and Marc. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

We chose this hotel as it advertised a secure storage garage for cyclists and I'm pleased to say what was on offer lived up to expectations. The other facilities in the hotel were also of the standard expected and should I plan another cycling holiday with a base on the South coast of Mallorca, this will be my hotel of choice. The bike garage was spacious, bright and was accessed from the road outside, where you buzzed reception for the sliding door to be opened. Once inside the hotel boundary, your room key, if suitably configured, opened the door to the garage. There were plentiful racks from which to hang your bike, and you had the option of using a cable for additional security (but remember to bring your own lock). Many thanks to Laura on reception who helped us with the logistics when we arrived, and also to the restaurant staff who were most helpful throughout. I also must apologise for wearing my hotel provided slippers for dinner. I promise not to do this again and really hope that my minor indiscretion will not prevent me from returning to the hotel on a future occasion.
