Honest review - GOOD - Friendly staff for the most part. Especially Carl on reception who helped with the WiFi, provided board games and was generally a friendly person. Staff at meals were lovely and helpful, especially to my 5 year old daughter. (I think her name is Yolanda?) Location is good, little walk to the beach with plenty of supermarkets and local bus routes for 2 euro into Palma, the aquarium and the Fan shopping centre. We spent the whole of our time here away from the hotel, for reasons below, so got to explore a fair bit of the coastal towns. BAD Unfortunately the pool areas were all closed, much to my daughters disappointment as she packed her armbands :( but, it is March and out of season (even though us brits would swim anywhere 😂) a warning about this would of been nice if we were told - we wouldn’t of booked. We booked for 3 people. My mum, myself and my daughter. Upon arrival, we were 4 hours early, so fair enough couldn’t check in yet. However when we came back at 2pm, our room still wasn’t ready. The receptionist offered no explanation of meal times, entertainment or any general enquiry about the hotel we were given a key and sent on our way with a piece of paper stating dinner was 8pm (too late for us), only to find out it was 7pm!! So we missed a night without needing to. I’m glad we went to Burger King to be honest as this was the best meal we had all week. When we got to our room, the bed wasn’t even made for an extra person. So after 15 hours of being awake, travelling etc, there I was making up a bed which I even emailed the week before to ensure it would be accommodated to! FOOD - Honestly I’ve never in my life seen a worse all inclusive. Food was dry, cold and not at all the ‘family friendly’ buffet as advertised. My 5 year old has lived off toast, pasta and pasta all week. It was the pigs trotters that were the cherry on the cake for disgust. Final and most important point - on the third night, I woke up with extreme stomach ache and BAD nausea and diarrhoea. The next day, all the staff were wearing masks so we asked why? They stated ‘oh some of the guests have a stomach bug so we were told to wear them as a precaution!!!!!!’ A little warning to your guests would have been nice. 🤢 🤢 🤢 If anything, we felt out of place being here. Other guests looking at us like we don’t belong. I won’t be returning to this hotel again, and would not reccomend all inclusive to anyone. Book for bed and breakfast, visit the local bars/restaurants for your other meals.

Complex is really nice; about 5 minutes from the beach front. Really clean and well kept. Food: small selection and very repetitive. We're a family that can make meals out of anything but we did struggle to make it enjoyable. Maybe it's better during the peak season. Room: Clean and tidy but the view was horrendous! Overlooking some sort of service shack(?) with old shopping trolleys and litter... Which brought the mosquitoes. Some of the bar/snack areas were shut: presumably due to the time of the year. Outdoor bar: decent selection, well situated in the complex. We were served by a man and a lady; both rude and couldn't be bothered. The woman served other nationalities before us.. Clearly on purpose. Don't judge all English people; we're not the same. Last minute cheapie; stayed in better places for a little bit more but were limited for choice due to our short-notice decision.
