The hotel is great for kids and whilst the main pool areas are not massive there is a water park, decent sized soft play, crazy golf and amusements, all in the same vicinity. The beach is also about a 5 min walk away. I don’t like all inclusive but I have to say the food at the hotel was good - there were some nice fish and veggie options and it was not bland. The beer on tap - Cruz Campo, was very drinkable. The main stand out here however are the staff, polite, patient and great with the kids. All the staff here deserve a pat on the back. The hotel was spotlessly clean which for me was a great indicator that this is a well run venue.

“Not the biggest but we'll worth the visit!”

We came here earlier on this month, after hearing mixed reviews, We thought we'd try it for ourselves. It's a brilliant place for families to enjoy. The upside-down house was extremely good fun. It's very strange and we will definitely come back.

Firstly I have to say the staff are amazing. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the beds and pillows are so comfortable. The toiletries are fabulous. The lady cleaning the room did an amazing job every day. I was on the 6th floor and aside from some kids screaming and running off around midnight in the corridor, it was very quiet and I slept very well. The hotel is surrounded by shops where you can get food, handbags, clothes, toiletries, they have Burger King, Mc D’s and Pizza Hut close by. All the nearby beaches are stunning. The magaluf strip was finished when we went (last week of October) so was very quiet and peaceful. You can easily get a front row sun bed. Life guards are on the beach too. The staff for the kids club were great. Food was wonderful and the staff in the restaurant work extremely hard clearing up after people. Huge selection of food and desserts, which were delicious. The theme park was good and it was great I could send my kids off to kill some zombies and cowboys so I could have some peace and quiet! I recommend seeing the jet 2 man for the island and dolphin trip. They were wonderful days out and the scenery is stunning. The day long trip would be too long for young children though, as you are on the coach for a long time. The negatives I would say is that there should be more coverage for rain outside for the evening entertainment, It was freezing and everyone was trying to fit under the small cover.. also I was confused as to if the shows were going to be inside or outside. I do think the shows were on a bit late, my daughter was so so tired to watch the show starting at 9.30pm. It would be good to have music on for the children in the indoor space every night. My son loved the neon disco and he is 11. It would be nice to have some more storage space or even hooks to hang clothes on in the rooms. The pool and splash park water was sooo cold (maybe the time of year) my kids were absolutely frozen! It was my children’s first holiday abroad and they loved it. I miss the weather already.
