On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

The hotel is small but very clean and tidy. Nice touch when you arrive to be offered a glass of Cava or a soft drink. It is close to beach which is clean and water very clear. The surrounding area is nice but quiet so if you are looking for something more lively this area isn’t for you. There is some entertainment in the hotel in the way of live singers but only a couple of nights during the week we stayed. Cost for sun beds x 2 and parasol per day at beach is 20.50 euros. The staff, in particular the bar staff are so delightful and pleasant (Samy, king and wealth) to name a few couldn’t do enough for you. They work very long shifts but always have a smile on their face. The rooms are cleaned every day and the choice of alcoholic beverages available on AI are numerous. The cocktails are ok but could do with a little work. e.g real pineapple juice and some coconut cream in the pina coladas would improve them considerably. Pool is only open between 10am and 6pm which isn’t long enough in the summer months. Although there is not a massive selection, the food available is very tasty. My only criticism is during the week we stayed there were not enough sunbeds for the number of people staying at the hotel and ‘some’ guests choose to put their towels on beds before 8am so when anyone else getting up at 8.30am wants a bed there are none left, hence some trips to beach during our stay. However, there is a more comfortable bed by the pool at the hotel that you can purchase for 10 euros a day! Well worth it! We booked our last two days on this bed which was a lovely end to the holiday. I would say this hotel is between a 3 and 4*. My sister and I had a great time here. 😀

Lovely peaceful hotel 5 mins from beach and sea, as its only small the staff recognise you to the point they have your drink ready. Rooms good. Only things that let it down is no kettle in room, pool opens at 10 and closes at 6 which is hard when it's still so hot, Also if you are a vegetarian you will struggle to find something to eat, friend I was with only had boiled rice, salad, cheese, bread and 1 day there was no meat pizza. Apart from that it's great place I will return but sadly friend won't.

Very nice hotel, small, quiet and relaxed. Would have been nice to have some music in the day or entertainment at night (they have a singer every Saturday). Exceptionally clean, beautiful pool and sunbathing area with pretty trees adding extra shade to umbrellas on one side. Room comfortable and clean and bed really really comfortable. But the aircon does not work at all and it was very hot, especially in July. Staff quiet, very polite and pleasant and they work such long hours in the heat so full respect for their attitude and dedication. For me the food was great, very small choice but lots of fresh salad, veg (not cooked in oil) and fresh fruit, some meet options, breads, cheeses and brilliant breakfast. Drinks (all inclusive) were fine and started 11am which was fine for us and you could get tea/coffee and water 24 hours. I can understand others being disappointed with lack of food choice. Pool opened 10am and closed 6pm, seemed late in morning and early in evening but this may be Spanish law and I think other hotels were the same. Hotel very close to beach and lovely little resort town of Peguera - just one very long road full of shops and bars/restaurants. Lovely for friends, couples, families. Not the type of resort for party lovers or clubbers, Santa Ponsa resort down the road is more suited to that if that is what you want. We met lovely people at the hotel. We took bus to Palma for a brilliant wander around the Cathedral and port and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. I would not go again to this hotel but that is only because I like to go to different places, no other reason. I would say 3 stars is very fair but this is not 4 stars. If you have booked this hotel I think you will have a lovely holiday. The beach and Peguera resort is 2 mins walk and there are buses everywhere as Majorca has a lot to offer. Lovely holiday and we made good friends there.

Check in was very efficient. We arrived late and the overnight security was lovely. Some food has been left out for us without us asking. It was basic but we didn’t mind as we appreciated the food at 0100. The rooms are clean and basic but do the job. The beds are very comfortable. The walls are VERY thin, just be warned 🙈😂 Our aircon was not cold at all and the room was hot even on a night. We reported this our first morning to the reception team and they came and sorted it. No issues after 😊 The pool area is small and secluded. Nice and peaceful - suntrap! We went down at 0900 and no sunbeds left though which was a shame as the pool doesn’t even open until 1000. They keep it cordoned off until then so no chance of getting in early. And they kick everyone out at 1800. Really should be open a bit later. The pool towels are a €10 refundable deposit (cash only) and if you want clean ones there is a charge each time of €2 per towel. The food was BASIC and the hotel has very limited entertainment. Based on the food alone I would not return to this hotel. If they sorted out that issue we would come back. I didn’t hear anyone saying they enjoyed the food on offer. Odd combinations and generally just not appealing. The bar/waiting staff seem to work extremely long hours and they are the same ones most days - very hard working bunch. Special shout out to Sam at the bar. Great guy and very helpful. For what we paid we were happy but I would definitely say this is 3* not 4* and be prepared to eat out if you want a decent meal.
