On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Lovely!”
Nice room, view, breakfast and staff! Can't get much closer to the water! Plenty of choice for the morning meal, including gluten free items. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with a good level of English. Buses to city centre pass nearby and regularly, and is cheap.

“Good option in Palma de Mallorca”
Good location (Cala Mayor), beaches, markets, bars and restaruants close. Excellent breakfast! Cleaning room is fair, but the room is confortable! Gym and the staff are great to support your stay. Nice views of the beach (Cala Mayor). Pool is closed (I guess because the winter).

“Very good for the price only concerns are minor”
Good location with nice views from the sea view room. Excellent TV channels eg premium ones like DAZN showing Premier League football etc. only slight complaint is no tea/coffee makers in the room & some decorations seem to be showing their age.

“Comfortably relaxing stay”
Comfortably relaxing stay in the most beautiful areas of fantastic Palma de Mallorca by the sea. The location is excellent! You can find shops, cafes, restaurants in a variety of choices which could pleased well-off tourist and even other guests with gap in budget.

“The dirty hotel that is not 4 stars”
The hotel is in a good location, the staff is nice. The hotel needs some maintenance. The hotel is very old. The biggest problem is that the room and corridors are almost never cleaned. Our room was full of hair and dust and dirt.
