We have just spent an absolutely wonderful week at this beautiful hotel. It was everything we were hoping for. The hotel is in a lovely quiet area (if you want lots of restaurants & bars, this is not the place for you). There are a few mini-markets and a handful of restaurants dotted about, but other than that, it is just other hotels. You can hop on a bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The number 4 bus goes into Palma every 15 minutes or so for €2 per person and takes about 20 minutes. Palma is a beautiful city, so I recommend you do this at least once. The hotel is kept very clean by a team of hard-working staff. We were in a garden bungalow (2 adults & 1 teenager) and it was just the right size for us, with a good sized bathroom and a beautiful view out to the bay. The rooms are cleaned every day. The swimming pools are lovely – the upper one is by the pool bar (which isn’t too badly priced and the food we had (toasties, nachos, pizzas) were very good) and the lower one has a little pool attached to the main one for little people, or just to sit in. There isn’t a huge amount to do for children (no organised entertainment – so again, if this is what you are looking for, you need to stay elsewhere). The hotel also has mini-golf, tennis courts, pool table, if you want a little activity to do whilst you are there. The staff were all very knowledgeable and very helpful. There are a couple of little beaches nearby, but they were completely packed (we were there in the first week of the summer holidays) and most of the beach is taken up with sunbeds which you have to pay to use. It was too busy for my liking, but we did go down later one afternoon (it was still packed) to have a quick dip in the sea and a cocktail from the beach bar (€10 for a porn star martini and it was packed with alcohol!) Food: we stayed on a half-board basis (and I thoroughly recommend doing this). Breakfast was from 7.30 to 10.30 and is a help-yourself buffet. There is so much to choose from and the drinks are all included (they even have Prosecco out on Saturdays & Sundays). You can eat inside or outside on the terrace. The staff work very hard to keep everything topped up and to keep your table clean. We loved the breakfast! The evening meal is in the sister hotel over the road and we found this to be absolutely brilliant. Again, it is a help-yourself buffet and there is so much food to choose from. The pudding selection was absolute heaven! We felt the choice was very good (different options each evening throughout the week) and we found the food to always be served hot. The views of the bay from the window tables are absolutely beautiful and you can watch the cruise ships make their way back out of Palma. The drinks are not included, so they are billed to your room and you pay at the end of your stay, when you check out. We tended to get a bottle of water (€3 each). The waiting staff work hard so that you enjoy your meal – our waiter Wilson was absolutely wonderful! There isn’t a lot going on in the evenings, which didn’t worry me. The sister hotel over the road had a band on at 9.15pm every evening for an hour or so, down at the pool bar. We would go and have one cocktail (around €11 each – but were very nice – especially the strawberry margarita!) and watch and sing along. People were getting taxis into Palma (or Magaluf!!) from the hotel, but we were happy with a quiet drink at the hotel over the road. If you want a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting with lots of food, then this is the place for you. I would go back in a heartbeat as I loved every minute of our holiday there.

Visited here for a second consecutive year and again really enjoyed the experience between this hotel and sister hotel. But gave it 5 starts last time round but not this time as last year we were made to feel that little bit extra special but sadly those were missing this year. There appears to be slightly less staff this time round. There are still some amazing nice staff at this hotel, a special mention to the blonde Spanish lady that was always so bubbly and friendly who seems to work in all aspects of hotel and often behind reception bar for closing, wish I could of remembered her name. This is a very quiet hotel if you are after relaxing with out the hustle and bustle this is great but if you like a least a little bit night life then frankly this area is not the place to stay. The sister hotel has acts on every night some can be really good some ok but hardly a sole watching at start of act only to fill up for last half hour of show. Entertainment last year was for one hour only but this year some acts went over this time, thanks to them as the atmosphere dissipates when acts are over. Breakfast and evening meals still amazing though.

Hotel room was lovely and clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was 10/10, so much to choose from and presented amazingly! Location was good, around 10 euros for a taxi to Palma nova beach which has tons of restaurants and shops Drinks at the pool bar were expensive so we just bought things like bottles of water and Fanta from the shop a couple doors down and kept in the room fridge. There are a few small things that were a downfall but nothing too extreme; WiFi; temperamental, will disconnect every now and then Shower; not great goes boiling hot or cold constantly when showering, not sure if other rooms did it but ours did (room 154) Balcony is very large which is amazing, however no privacy atall all very close with see through glass inbetween.

Beautiful, Clean, Pretty, Friendly, just a couple of points to improve to make it 10/10! The hotel itself is wonderful! Just what you need, nothing more and nothing less. Very clean and staff very friendly. The pools are lovely. It was very pretty and in such a wonderful location. Myself and my partner really did love it here! However there were just a few things that just need looking at to make this hotel perfect. Firstly, the beds are very uncomfortable. Well, very very hard. Some people like that, but for us, it was very uncomfortable and gave me a bad back all days. This is the same with the sun-beds by the pool, very uncomfortable and hurt my back. Also they advertise a Table tennis table upon booking, the website and even have it on the information sheet you're given at check-in. However when trying to find it, you're told it's broken, and a guy at the bar said it's been broken all season. So I suggest, to not falsely advertise, either fixing it soon, or removing it from the information sheets and the websites. As this was actually a booking point for me as we love ping-pong!! Lastly, the drinks at the bar are very expensive. For example, in a bar or restaurant anywhere else, an aperol sprits is averaging between €7-€9 but here they are €13.50!! It's okay if you want local draft beer, but anything else is pricey! It sounds like I've got more negative than positive.. but really, this is a wonderful place and i would 100% recommend, they are just the few and only bits for me, if changed, would make this place 10/10 perfect!

Positive points: The hotel is in a lovely park environment, a very calm location. Very easy to go to the old town, the bus station is in front of the hotel. We had a side sea view room, very nice and clean. The food is excellent, various and fresh. But negative things that spoil the positive: the restaurant for dinner at Bonanza playa. Big and sad atmosphere. Dinner in the restaurant, looking over the pool through dirty windows instead to have dinner in an open air terrasse is sad. The staff also has a boring face while serving, not enjoying to serve. I remember it used to be beautiful few years ago we had dinner at the terrasse of Bonanza park and staff was very friendly and the ambiance more intimate. Also no coffee/tea facilities in the room and no slippers too, that is not ok for a 4stars hotel.
