“Fabulous Melia level room”
Fabulous hotel! Really has the wow factor when you walk in! We were in a level room with the most amazing marina view. Fabulous hotel! Really has the wow factor when you walk in! We were in a level room with the most amazing marina view. The level lounge is fabulous with drinks all day (lots of cava and beers!) and then spirits between 5-7. After exploring Palma during the day the level lounge with its fabulous views was just lovely! We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast choice was great. Ladies - great hairdryer in the room! Location wise it’s apx 15-20 mins walk into the centre, but plenty of cabs around, apx 8 euros each way! Go it’s fabulous!!

Lovely warm welcome and our room was allocated quickly. Room excellent size and comfortable. A good view over the marina from our balcony. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good with so much choice and very fresh. Shower large and large bathroom. Hotel is immaculate and our room is well equipped with plenty of hanging space and a large TV. I would recommend without hesitation.

“Fantastic hotel”
We had premium sea view rooms and the view over the harbour was fantastic. The hotel was spotless, staff friendly and very efficient. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing lots of choice and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately there is building work outside replacing… more
We had premium sea view rooms and the view over the harbour was fantastic. The hotel was spotless, staff friendly and very efficient. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing lots of choice and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately there is building work outside replacing all the footpaths, it didn't spoil our break as we were out all day but if you were sun bathing I think it would be a problem

“Alejandro and Alicia”
Great hotel for location and atmosphere. Alejandro and Alicia gave us the most wonderful welcome and made us feel very special. They really enhanced our stay and especially for my husband's birthday. We absolutely cannot wait to return, thanks to them!!

“Disappointed. We had to move.”
We arrived to find there is extensive work being done the entire run of footpath along the Marina. It runs for approx 1.5 miles! There are lots of restrictions and the noise starts at 07.30. We arrived to find there is extensive work being done the entire run of footpath along the Marina. It runs for approx 1.5 miles! There are lots of restrictions and the noise starts at 07.30. We stayed in the Meliá Palma Marina. Yes, the view is wonderful BUT… We booked a superior twin room. The room is not 4 star superior - more like 3 star - and in need of refreshing/tefurbishment. Poorly designed, looking old, a bit tatty, no drawers for storage except for two small ones under the sink in the bathroom. Once you get past the grandeur of the hotel lobby, that’s it. Breakfast is buffet style. The bacon, baked beans, scrambled egg and friend eggs were cold. Charging €20 is, frankly, a rip-off. We were very disappointed. So much that we moved to another hotel (at an extra cost of a few quid short of £400) after spending only two nights at the Melia Marina. The remaining 9 nights are being spent at the HM Palma Blanc where, we hope the superior room will be just that, and breakfast will be served hot. Not much to ask for when you consider the amount of money we’ve paid JET2 for this trip. I will update when this holiday has concluded.
