“Great stay”
We chose this hotel for our first family vacation with a 5-month-old baby. The location is very good - it is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We chose this hotel for our first family vacation with a 5-month-old baby. The location is very good - it is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The view of Palmanova Bay is beautiful. Moving inside the hotel with a stroller is very easy. The staff are extremely kind and helpful - especially Hu from the reception and the bartenders at the pool. The food in the restaurant is delicious, varied and fresh. We will definitely come back here again!

This hotel was absolutely brilliant the views were amazing only out done by the staff the children’s entertainment was brilliant and the food was great lots of choice, we had a great experience here and will be returning we stayed 5 night and although had 2 rainy days the staff entering our children was no problem and that’s no mean feet with 4 boys aging 15 to 8 , they were so gutted we were leaving and we have enjoyed the rest

“A standard stay”
Staff were mostlyfriendly and helpful. The hotel is Very noisy as everything echos In the corridors and rooms and the Beds move and creak. Staff were mostlyfriendly and helpful. The hotel is Very noisy as everything echos In the corridors and rooms and the Beds move and creak. When you try to sit up against the headboard, the whole bed moves forward. Very basic feel. Door to balcony didn’t lock or stay closed so was banging all night in the wind waking our baby, but when mentioned the following morning, was fixed within a few hours. Our room wasn’t the best chosen by staff as we travelled With a 1 year old and were placed right opposite the lifts which was noisy and constant. Good variety of food and themed nights which was nice but fairly samey and nothing really for fussy eaters. No straps in the highchairs which was a bit risky at times with our son. I was annoyed that we had to pay for water bottles to make baby bottles as we were only allowed 2 small bottles on check in. Bit annoying seeing as we are all inclusive. Beautiful location with stunning views and it is in perfect proximity to bars. Restaurants and shops. Only a short ride from the airport which was so handy. We booked a private transfer that took 15-20 mins. Pools are freezing. No good for families with young children, Mini disco was great and the lady from the animation team was lovely with my son. WiFi keeps bumping you out. So you have to rejoin a few times a day which is easy but annoying. Lifts are very efficient and never had to wait longer than a minute for one. Hotel is very close to everything , nice restaurants by the beach and lots of little supermarkets. Overall a good stay but was expecting more.
