On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“The. Best. Beach!”
A big thank you to Chef Jonathan and his kitchen staff! Due to food allergies, my Kids restaurant meals can be kind of bland. Jonathan mafe every day at the hotel a savory experience. All staff we interacted with was a pleasure. Beds in room could stand for an upgrade. Thank you for a great week.

“Lovely comfortable hotel”
Very comfortable room with lovely beds & the fluffiest pillows I’ve ever come across. It was like sleeping in the clouds! Staff were all very friendly & helpful and our room was kept clean. Very comfortable room with lovely beds & the fluffiest pillows I’ve ever come across. It was like sleeping in the clouds! Staff were all very friendly & helpful and our room was kept clean. The dining room was quite large and self service but there was always a huge choice of food both at breakfast & dinner. Very pleased to find there was a limited breakfast available on the day of our departure as we were leaving at 6:15 am, I would visit this hotel again.

I had an amazing experience at Grupotel The Princesa & Spa. The check-in process was smooth, and I truly appreciated the reception allowing me to check in three hours early. Our sea-facing room was exactly as booked, adding to the wonderful experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the restaurant team. Their exceptional hospitality made us feel like royalty. The variety of vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and vegan options was impressive, and a special shoutout to Jonathan for his thoughtful service. As a diabetic, I was touched by his effort to ensure I had a sugar-free dessert every night—this level of care made all the difference. However, our last night was disappointing. The room’s AC stopped cooling and instead started heating. When I reached out to the reception, the response was far from helpful. The staff member informed me she was alone and suggested opening the balcony door, which was not ideal due to outside noise and a neighboring guest smoking continuously. This led to a sleepless night and, unfortunately, left us feeling unwell the next day. Overall, while most of our stay was fantastic, I hope the hotel improves its night service support to ensure a consistently great experience for all guests.

“Excellent off season mini break”
Bright, airy and welcoming. Clean throughout, and very helpful staff in multiple languages. Good food (barring a few minor mishaps with the buffet), and perfectly placed on the beach. Room was comfortable and spacious. About an hour's leisurely stroll along the beach from Alcúdia

Overall we had a nice stay at this hotel. However we stayed in an apartment that definitely needs to be renovated or at least have a few things replaced and proper cleaned. The apartment itself is okay, but there was many dirty marks of blood and old insects/mosquitos all over the walls that I’m surprised wasn’t cleaned. Some of the places in the apartment was also just dirty and needs to be replaced. There is sadly also loads of mosquitos in this area of the hotel and we also had a lot of mosquitos inside our apartment on the day of arrival. I think the actual rooms - not apartments - are nice and new. The reception and rest of the hotel looks very nice and new. They should renew the apartments a bit and it would be perfect. :) I like the location of the hotel. The beach is right there and there’s restaurants, souvenir shops and supermarkets along the main road. The staff was also friendly and helpful. My partner is coeliac and was served gluten free bread upon request at breakfast. Only other complaint I have is that the staff started cutting grass/blowing leaves twice during our stay before it was even 8am.
