“A lovely hotel in a great location with pleasant hardworking staff.”
Spent 5days in this lovely hotel with my husband last week. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good. Spent 5days in this lovely hotel with my husband last week. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good. Left an expensive jacket behind at the hotel. Guest relations were exceptional in assisting me to retrieve the jacket via a courier. Currently in transit to Northern Ireland. Would certainly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport you have to take the public bus EMT number A2 "Aeropuerto-S'Arenal". Take exit 4 from the airport, go along the covered walkway and you will see the A1 and A2 bus stops. Get off at the stop by the Iberostar Hotel and it´s a five minute walk. We chose the… more
The hotel is easy to get to from the airport you have to take the public bus EMT number A2 "Aeropuerto-S'Arenal". Take exit 4 from the airport, go along the covered walkway and you will see the A1 and A2 bus stops. Get off at the stop by the Iberostar Hotel and it´s a five minute walk. We chose the half board option and were pleased with the selection at both breakfast and dinner. A chef is present morning and evening to prepare omelettes, meat and/or fish of the day. All the staff were friendly and helpful, a particular shout out to the gentleman at reception for suggesting I could borrow a crutch after I tripped and damaged my knee. The loan really helped me get around.

“Rude security”
The night security is terrible and rude, otherwise a nice hotel. Food was fine and the rest of the staff was nice. The room was also clean. I would recommend the hotel but make sure you don't come back alone at night. I went to the room crying because of a fat security guard
