We stayed for a week mid September. Having read the many negative reviews about this hotel after booking , we worried about our stay but we're more than happy with our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable . We had read about the shower not being warm but neither if us ever had an issue . We were All Inclusive and found that there was always a good choice of food at all mealtimes . The staff were always helpful and approachable . We would consider staying here again .

The room 0004 served it's purpose, clean, tidy and close to pool and restaurant. The food was fresh and good variety to choose from. Entertainment team work really hard and really did there best. On reception there was a lovely lady on her badge it says FATY (KIM) she could not do enough for us always had a smile on her face. The shop next to hotel is handy for small items and the lady there is full of information about places to visit again always smiling. This is a 3* hotel so don't expect 5* when booking but should be rated more. Thank you to all at this hotel for making our stay a nice one

A good three star hotel. We are a British family staying for one week during peak season. Positives -Every member of staff worked so hard, all friendly, spoke English and actively engaged with us. - Great range of food every night, lots of fresh fruit, salad, hot options and desserts. You will not go hungry if you are not fussy. There is food on offer constantly. The burgers and crepes from the snack bar was a hit with our family. - Great range of drinks, help yourself to slushies, fizzy, juices, beer, wine and hot drinks. Lots of spirits included in all inclusive until 11pm, cocktails only €2.50. -Entertainment team were amazing, five star entertainment. Funny and engaging. Only one was a confident English speaker but the others did try and we did not feel excluded. There was plenty of British people staying in the hotel so take other reviews with a pinch of salt. - Room was clean and comfortable enough for a 3 star. It was cleaned and fresh towels given every day. - Grounds were well maintained and the trees/flowers were beautiful. - Pools were clean and lots of entertainment through the day. We really enjoyed the aqua Zumba, aqua gym and the pool party. - Hotel location was good, lots of little shops and restaurants to look round. We got the land train to Cala D'Or which was quick and convenient. It went past the marina which was beautiful. Negatives - Room location, our room was on the ground floor which we loved but they put us by the NightClub which was so loud and not ideal for a family. One morning we had drunk people shouting outside are room until gone 5am. - Other guests! Not the hotel's fault but perhaps they should manage it a little better. There are some cultural differences such as queue cutting, smoking everywhere including in the pool and around children, unsupervised children and removing other people's belongings from sun beds. Obviously this is not the hotel's fault but certainly not common with British families and not appreciated. - We had ants in our room and a cockroach in bathroom. I think more deterrents need to be put in place, obviously you can't help the heat attracting things in. We kept the bathroom light on during the night which kept the cockroach away. - Some more beige plain foods would have helped with fussy/young eaters like plain potatoes, chicken nuggets, plain pasta/rice etc. Overall, we enjoyed this holiday and would consider coming back if we could choose room location and there was a consideration around smoking.

Positives; friendly, efficient check in (man with glasses could smile a little more) Cheap safe hire Great air con and ceiling fan Good comfy beds Good drinks selection, quick happy bar staff Even after 11:00pm cheap drinks Son lost key to their room; no drama replaced Great pool areas and lots going on if your thing Great entertainment Food- great selection, even for children, show cooking, pizzas, hot dogs and burgers at top snack bar, crepes at 3:30, always sandwiches, coisannts cakes etc available… Great late check out room 20 euros for six hours inc the all inclusive to which we kept one room for four of us 😁 Cons; rooms ok, but need updating, we were in corridor behind entertainment stage and doors opened out onto walkway, sometimes nearly knocking passing people over, felt a bit like staff quarters but double doors did make it feel safe. Balcony was next to poorly kept shrubbery and not pleasant to sit in. Sometimes a strong smell of sewage but not all the time, yes we had a few insect visitors but we were on the ground floor, all about removing drinks and food waste. Animation team mainly spoke in French, some Spanish but hardly any English apart from Tata she did try and engage with us… team very enthusiastic, energetic and worked very hard but we did feel a little like the outsiders, but didn’t spoil our holiday, we had days at Cala Egos beach and having lunches out and lovely train ride to Cala dor main resort as the little centre of Cala egos got a little boring after a couple of nights. All in all a pleasant holiday and it is always what you make it 🥂☀️ PS if travelling with teens tell them to watch their valuables as son had phone stolen from Sparkles karaoke

The hotel and the grounds were lovely and well kept- the only thing to warn with this is that there are no lifts. Luckily we were given a ground floor room but other people we met on holiday were not so lucky. We also met a family of 6 who were split up into 2 groups of 3 and both put on top floors in 2 different parts of the hotel. There are also some stray cats that come out at night and I felt trapped in the room this morning because I couldn’t access my terrace without the cat coming in 😂. Food was ok not the hottest however and unfortunately not a lot of variety generally or really anything for children. Most children I saw had a plate of chips every night. Other reviews have said this hotel was for french people and unfortunately I do agree. The animation team were a bit over bearing shouting ‘Bon appétit’ as we were eating and not considering sometimes that there are other people in the hotel that are not french. Despite this though it was a pleasant atmosphere even if we did feel out of place a couple of times. The room was lovely- bed really comfortable however the shower not powerful enough and we had a broken wardrobe. Also if you like your phone you will struggle staying here. It is 30 euros for one device for the week but it is not for everyone in the room. My partner paid for the wifi for the week and it worked ok by the pool and in different hotel areas apart from our room so not sure if it was worth the money and I’ve paid roaming for each day instead. Lovely area there are bars and restaurants for you to go to - we would really recommend the tiki bar just up the road. Also Jet 2 were 5 out of 5, especially our rep Robert. He was extremely helpful when we booked a day out to Aqualand and gave us all the information needed to have a brilliant day. We would probably return to this part of the island but not this hotel.
