For the price we paid we felt it was a good bargain! Paid £900 for 2 adults / 1 child for 5 days all inclusive Short transfer time Pools had plenty loungers Water was cold but that’s due to going at the start of May. Pool had to be closed due to some accidents however team were very efficient and ensuring properly cleaned before reopening. Restraunt busy but always got a table Usual selection of all inclusive food, sometimes had to Que abit - always something for everyone but we did eat out Had a station for kids which I thought was good - usually beige food they love! And plastic plates etc which is handy! Found it difficult to walk to local beach with push chair and was lots of jelly fish! But that’s just the time of year too Room was cleaned and a good size for 3 of us. Entertainment in the evening had kids mini disco which all kids love And then your usual Spanish entertainment programme - some nights better than others. Only thing we did not like was people smoking round the kids pool. Also had some big groups of people who liked the sound of their own voice but I suppose you have to forgive as everyone’s on their holidays. Would 100% return.

Location Very good location. There is a viewpoint very close by where you can enjoy the sunsets (the view from the hotel car park is also very good). The small beach is in a bay next to the hotel. A bus stop is about 250 metres away. The beach of Cala en Forcat is 1.2 km away on foot. There are also grocery shops and two car and scooter rentals nearby. Rooms A big plus is the fast and stable WiFi throughout the hotel. I was able to watch a football match online without stuttering, and it did the job. Streaming services also worked fine. Our room was large enough for a comfortable holiday. The furniture and white goods are showing their age, but we had no breakdowns and everything worked perfectly. The air conditioning also worked perfectly. The only problem we had was with the lock on the front door, but this was quickly repaired (after 10pm), so this aspect was also a plus. The mattresses were comfortable and fairly firm. The bathroom needed some tidying up, it was obvious that this was not a new hotel. However, the standard was acceptable. We spent most of our holiday in a room in the part of the hotel next to the playground and children's pool which I would sincerely recommend. The rooms near the splash park were too noisy for us and our child. The food Good, especially in the local food section of the main restaurant. Here you could try some really tasty things. In the 'canteen' section, you could find menus designed mainly for British guests. This was not as attractive, but it was always possible to find something tasty. The snacks between meals were not varied, with the flagship being 2-3 types of pizza. Other than that, nothing special, especially as you cannot take the snacks out of the restaurant area, which can be a nuisance with small children. We mainly enjoyed the local wine and beer at the bar, which were of good quality. Local attractions Splash park, playground, children's club and animation, entertainment such as petanque or air rifle shooting for adults, some evening entertainment for younger guests and then shows or karaoke for adults. The staff Very polite and helpful.From reception, bar and restaurant to maintenance and cleaning.A big plus and thanks to the staff for creating a very friendly atmosphere conducive to relaxation.

We visited as a large family group having 4 rooms in total we stayed for a week all inclusive We had a great time I was so worried after reading reviews saying that people were having sickness bugs! We did not experience this! Our room was clean and tidy with a walk in shower 3 of us had this type room but the me of my sisters did have a shower over the bath which sounded a bit more dates so maybe some rooms have been upgraded?! The pools were popular but never struggled to find a sun bed the splash park was lovely and the last pool you can walk down a ramp into which was great for accessibility but the water was very cold I can imagine this would be enjoyable in the summer months due to the heat! Staff were all lovely and helpful rooms cleaned three times a week but could request more towels if needed The location was nice short walk to bars and shops, we hired a car and explored further I really recommend that! We went to the water park which was ok very small you only need the afternoon there and it’s half price in the afternoon also about 15 minutes walk from the hotel Food was lovely I’m not fussy at all so found something each night but couple of the kids lived off nuggets chips pizza etc there’s always nice pizza on offer due to the pizza counter There can be ques for the fresh cooked meat but often worth the wait we enjoyed lots of different deserts too! Never went hungry! Drinks were standard all inclusive in small cups but could have as many as you liked! The entertainment seemed good actives for children’s no adults in the day and mini discos and adult entertainment at night I would recommend this hotel for families looking for a quiet relaxing holiday for a great price Take strong mosquito repellent they are savage!

Family friendly great holiday. When we arrived it was the school holidays and the restaurant and swimming pool areas were extremely busy. They looked up the sunbeds which was a great idea so that people xpildnt reserve them really early. By the end of our week alot of people had gone home and this was better as the restaurant and swimming pool areas were alot quieter. I saw alot of negative reviews and was therefore apprehensive. However for what we paid , we got a great deal you can't expect 5 star. We had a great time and would recommend it for families. My children loved rhe splash park and there was evening entertainment. The kids liked the kids discos and later was a really good Michael Jackson tribute act and also a Fred's mercury one. The animation team was great. The food was fine for what we paid. A great family break. Unless your standards are sky high then I would thoroughly recommend for a great family break.
