“Would come back”

We enjoyed our stay at the Palladium, glad we chose ot. The staff were great, smiley, helpful and hospitable, everyone was good at their job. The ladies at the pool bar deserve a special mention for their happy cheery attitude. It is on a bit of a hill but from other reviews I was expecting something a lot harsher. Its five mins walk to the beach, clear shallow water, it was the perfect sand for kids (and parents) to build castles and dams, saw some impressive civil engineering. There were peddaloes and paddle boards for hire and it had a pleasant family atmosphere. Back to the hotel, everything was kept very clean, the chambermaids were great and our room was well looked after. The draft lager was great, the modest cocktail selection ok. Breakfast was a fairly large choice, some things better than others but we happily found and enjoyed every morning. Other reviewers had mentioned the queues for the coffee machine in the morning, I dont think most of them noticed a second coffee machine near to the entrance. Dont normally do lunch on holiday but this time we did as there was such a great choice each day. Evening time you would be hard pushed to not find something you fancied and we generally gave a big thumbs up to all that we tried. I particularly enjoyed the mexican theme one night, fajitas, burritos, tacos and others plus all the trimmings to choose from. We both would have liked a bigger salad bar but I think that's probably being spoilt by the choice in turkish hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole time, thankyou to all of the staff, we would definitely return.

“Best place to stay in Arenal D'en Castell”
Beautiful hotel with great views. We visited at the end of the tourist season in Menorca so hotel was fairly quiet. Staff were very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. Good choice of food at the buffet and some premium spirits included in the all inclusive package. Great place to stay for adults… more

“Fabulous stay”

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, honestly the best staff I have ever seen at a hotel. The hotel is very beautiful too and has a modern look. I loved how there were so many places to relax without being disturbed by anyone. We went in October and it was the last week of the hotel being open before closing for the winter so it wasn’t that busy which was lovely. They have beautiful views of the beach which are literally breathtaking. The entertainment throughout the day and night is some of the best I’ve ever seen! They had bingo, quizzes, live singers (which were unbelievably good), art classes, physical exercise classes and a lot more. The rooms were also very nice and had everything you needed in them. It’s also close to the airport and only takes around a 25 - 30 minutes drive. The food was a standard all inclusive but also had everything you could want. Drinks were good too and they made proper cocktails instead of the standard all inclusive ones you can get at some places. The female bartender during the day was so welcoming! She always had a smile on her face and made conversation with everyone. To be honest all the staff were amazing and were happy to help all the time. Going for walks around the hotel and to the beach are also lovely as the roads are quiet and everything is clean and beautiful. Genuinely have nothing bad to say about this hotel and felt like it was a 5 star experience. I will definitely be returning!

“Week stay over”
Lovely hotel but be warned it’s a big climb from the beach. Buses were good for Mahon ( on time but not very regular) if you want to go to other areas of the island you have to go from and to Mahon to get another bus
