The most perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Short walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants. Also a supermarket literally one minute away. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything for a self catering break. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was amazing! So much choice! Staff were all very friendly. Only one tiny drawback was the pool was freezing but that's no one's fault. I would definitely return.

Very clean two bedroom apartment, plenty of storage and we had a poolside room with seating. All the staff there are friendly and extremely efficient constantly cleaning and taking good care of the you and the hotel, they are all an absolute credit to the owners. Free safe and wifi which is a bonus, plenty of crockery etc in the kitchen, everything that you need, also TV. The breakfast is excellent, very good quality and choice, different milks, hot and cold options, an absolute treat, the dining room also extremely clean. Not a lot in entertainment locally, some of the restaurants were not open in the evening, possibly due to it being the start of the season?, however the cave restaurant right next door was open and the owner very friendly, food nice. This is a relaxing holiday in a good location, beach on the doorstep, therefore not for some who may crave nightlife, but buses to Cuitadella aren't far away and run to time. If visiting again we would definitely stay here , thank you !

“Just wonderful, can't compliment it enough!”

This was the most relaxing holiday I have had as a parent of 2 children (8,3). It's 2/3 star. The main building was spotlessly clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, something for everyone. We stayed in room 19, our deck leading directly onto the poolside. There's no denying the rooms are slightly compact but they're fully equipped and we benefited from a front deck and a terrace out the back spanning the entire length of the room and overlooking what I guess is a nature reserve. Personally I found the bed very comfortable but I like a firm bed. There is air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom but not the second bedroom. There is a fan though and this was sufficient for the kids to manage. The kitchen was well stocked, there isn't an oven however I did note that other families bought pizzas from the shop and asked for them to be cooked behind the bar who obliged. The shop is just a minute up the road, 2 shops, one is more supermarket with everything you could need and the other a bit more geared towards what you could need for the beach and pool, also some clothes. Drinks and food were nice. The chicken nuggets were unreal - HUGE and delicious as they were basically half a chicken breast and generally 8 of them - one portion plus a portion of fries was sufficient lunch for our family of 4. We tried a few of the offerings from the hotel bar snacks and they were all perfectly nice. There were always sun beds available at the pool and happily, always a lovely large parasol available for each "set" of beds. International feel as people from all over but it was always pleasant and interesting once we got talking to people. Cala Santadria beach is gorgeous, literally a minute away and absolutely perfect for little kids. Waters were still and clear. Quirky point is there are groups of ducks who call the bay home, something different! Being bed and breakfast we ate out every night; Es Bruc, Bahia, Sa Nacra and Sa Quadra; we honestly didn't have a single bad meal at all and service in all was wonderful. We could have ventured further afield but didn't feel the need to. The vibe of the area was so chilled out. It's also clearly where locals choose to spend their time. I also loved that there was a crate at the beach for people to leave their beach toys for others to use after them. I loved this touch, we both utilised it and contributed to it ourselves. There are toilets and standing and foot showers on the beach. All in all, we absolutely loved it. Kids don't need more than a pool and beach for entertainment and it was SO much easier managing them without madness and noise causing constant over stimulation. I think we will be back :)

We had a pleasant stay at cales de ponents, located in the neighborhood of Santandria. The apartment was fully equipped and had a delightful terrace. Additionally, having a nearby supermarket was incredibly convenient. However, I do believe that the staff could improve their friendliness to enhance the overall experience. Furthermore, it was necessary to take a short walk to find some dining options in the area.
