“Great Hotel”
Arrived home from this lovely hotel on Tuesday. Me and my husband were here for a week. We booked AI prestige which is worth every penny. Arrived home from this lovely hotel on Tuesday. Me and my husband were here for a week. We booked AI prestige which is worth every penny. We were able to use the al a carte restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We tried the buffet but weren’t impressed. In the prestige areas we were always look after. All the staff were very friendly from the management to the cleaners and gardeners. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back. Mary

“Great hotel in a lovely location”
This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed 10 days on b&b basis. This is the 2nd time we have been here. The staff are really friendly and helpful, it's spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice is amazing. This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed 10 days on b&b basis. This is the 2nd time we have been here. The staff are really friendly and helpful, it's spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice is amazing. I can't comment on the rest of the meals as didn't eat any. I read several reviews before we came that were quite negative, which might have put me off, glad we'd already been here before. I can only speak as I find and I would recommend this hotel to my friends with no hesitation

“A Fantastic Place”
Very nice hotel ! Staff were very helpful with everything !!! Room was ok not much of a view but next time I will ask for better view!!! Lucía in outside bar was most helpful and chatty ! Outdoor heated pool was fantastic!!! Breakfast and lunch was fantastic !! But dinner was abit of a problem !! I went down at 20:50 with my jeans (shorts) and shirt and I wasn’t left in… they did tell me that they would rent out jeans to me but it was abit of hassle waiting for them as it was 21:15 this time and dinner finishing at 21:30 … Overall it was a great stay and I will return with my long jeans next time 👍😂

“Just home from the Costa Adeje Palace.”
Had stayed at the H10 in Tarragona previously and did'nt think that this was the same quality. We had a standard room with a side sea view. We felt that it was rather basic. Had stayed at the H10 in Tarragona previously and did'nt think that this was the same quality. We had a standard room with a side sea view. We felt that it was rather basic. Bedding, especially the pillows were poor. The hotel is massive, catering for holidaymakers, however there was no information about available tours or the excellent bus services. Customer services and reception were pretty clueless when asked about these local facilities. The high spot was the excellent A la Carte restaurant where the food and staff were great. Thankfully we managed to get booked in there as there are decent restauants near the hotel.
