First time ever at an adult’s only hotel and all I can say is wow. From the minute we walked through the doors to be told to take a seat, given a glass of cava while the concierge took our passports to check us in. Lovely welcome from the staff. We booked premium seaview rooms and we had amazing views with the sun on our balconies till the sun went down. Every member of staff we met were lovely and always smiling. We were all inclusive and food and drinks were amazing. All brand name drinks. After reading previous reviews about the older generation at this hotel I was a bit sceptical but my nephew and partner have stayed there and loved it and there was quite a few younger generation there while we were there and hotel caters for everyone. All staff members we met were exceptionally nice and welcoming especially the girls in the lobby bar who “encouraged” 😂😂us to try the “baby Guinness”😋😋. I cannot fault anything about this gorgeous hotel. 3 great swimming pool areas and also privilege area which we decided to upgrade too once there. Everyone always had a smile on their faces. Can’t wait to revisit again next year🤞🏻🤞🏻😎😎🍺🍹🍸🥂🍺

Food and drink was amazing, the lunchtime food at mirador was fantastic, cocktails flowing all day. Location superb for those who like to venture out, bars, restaurants all within easy walking distance. Wouldn't hesitate to return world class

We’ve visited quite a few H10 hotels and always found them pretty good — this one included. We usually try to avoid very built up areas, but due to a combinations of factors ended up in this very busy location. We found staff members to be very efficient and friendly. We had a good sea view room on the seventh floor. The room is fine, although we’d have liked a bit more storage place for clothes (some drawers). Or maybe one of us brings too much :) The main restaurant was very busy in the mornings, unless you turn up early. We aren’t fans of buffets and so used the Privilege service for a la carte evening meals. We found the food to be very good — and generous in quantity. They even put on a ‘Sunday Lunch’ for British guests (but it’s not as you may know it). We also benefited from the quiet lounge and outdoor sun area. The pool areas are spacious and pleasant. We had a very windy week, which was better for walking than lounging around. The entertainment lounge was popular, seemingly packed every night. The hotel bar in the lobby area has limited seating for those who skipped the shows — but it usually worked out OK. It was a pleasant week. I enjoyed the opportunity of talking to staff from so many different countries. In summary: if you like busy places, plenty of entertainment and a nice hotel, this will likely suit you.

Hello, here’s a full review to help you decide. 3 of us are staying with H10 gran Tinerfe in March 2025, mum and 2 daughters (in their 20’s). Over all a lovely hotel, the communal areas are well maintained, contemporary, light and well designed. Pleasant reception, well staffed with friendly and helpful team, who speak good English. The 3 pools are exceptionally well designed to make a big hotel feel more like a boutique hotel. In March there were plenty of Sun beds, there are always those folk who grab the beds at 7am, no need we went out about 9 am after breki and there was always 3 together. Pool areas are well kept, clean, Sun beds are average, no cushions, brolly and tables all working too. The gardens are immaculately kept, well done gardeners 😊. Nice amount of trees, cactus, flowers 🌺 Cleanliness of the hotel is good, again well done cleaners, thank you for all your hard word. The rooms however are only 3 star and poorly designed. Beds are comfortable, shower is hot and powerful enough. Hand wash, shampoo, body lotion, shower gel and conditioner all provided (although my room has a hand wash in the shower instead of a shampoo). The wardrobe is fine, safe is small fits an iPad but not a laptop. The desk is too big, does anyone use a desk in Tenerife, and has a cupboard with a fridge in, the cupboard door doesn’t open due to bed inway, then fridge door opens opposite to cupboard door?! Why?! Send the maintenance guys in to change the door to the other side, just an irritation, you can barely get in the fridge, except laid down on bed🤔 the poor cleaners who have to restock it with bottles of water, coke and beer. Always restocked well. We were all inclusive so drinks were free from fridge, snacks only fee once. The wood chip / anaglypta wallpaper is chipped and yuk! The skirting boards need a paint, the tiles in the bathroom, made me laugh like the tilers don’t know how to to a mitre joint, does any of that matter, no not massively, however really not 4 star rooms. Plastic chairs on the balcony, but sea view is just lovely and the lapping waves are so mindful, so again does it matter for a week. The main issue is the noise, not from the hotel but form a bar close by, with a do obsessed with house, garage, deep base beats till midnight 🕛 week days and 2 am weekend nights ( including Sunday) bring earplugs and ask for a room on left of hotel if facing the sea. We were on the left side unbearable noise (although my oldest has no problem sleeping so again totally dependent on you) The hotel do a good job with customer care, the beach towel nonsense paying a deposit of €20 and €1 each time you change is silly, keep the towels at reception, only switch one, when 1 is returned, save the money by redeploying the Mardy grumpy girl (on duty on Sunday 23rd) rather than just adding annoyance in to your clients day. The restaurant food is excellent, again thank you chefs well done in the buffet section. Lots of choice, not too busy in March, although again why say you open outside at 7:30 but don’t start your waiters till 7:30 sp they are grumpy and rude if you go in before 8 am, suggest you don’ t. Managers start your waiter at 7 am instead, easy fix or change your sign to 8am, who wants confrontation on their hols?! Overall nice holiday, however won’t return due to noise from near by bar, which is not the fault of the hotel.
