“Amazing customer service!”
It was a great family holiday and Michael was superb, he went above and beyond when I left my phones on the transfer bus to help us locate them safely. Amazing customer service and thank you so much! He's a credit to the company! The resort was excellent for families and we had a fantastic week.

We stayed at the sunwing fanabe beach hotel in July for our wedding anniversary, the hotel is larger than it looks from outside and the pool area is a sun trap but can get really busy. Theres a shop on site and two right oitside the complex, larger supermarket a few hundred meters along the street. The hotel is right on the doorstep of Famabe market and the beach only down the street, lots of nice affordable bars and resteraunts, enough for all ages. Port del colon and san eugeno all in walking distance with more bars and resteraunts. If your looking for a good snorkling beach, del duque is great, slightly more up market for the bars and resteraunts near by. We stayed bed and breakfast food was as expected and the room was perfect. We go to tenerife alot and this hotels location is great. We have booked to go back this July again for our anniversary weekend, cant wait. Top tips - when the pools busy(no beds) there is a sun solerium on the top floor, was always quiet and showers to cool down, weather was great(hot) if you like a swim get down early or the scotsman par along the road does a pool pass.

Spent a week at this hotel with all my family and has a lovely time. The hotel is absolutely spotless and remained that way throughout out stay. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful and the food was fine. There is only one restaurant (the buffet) and the pool is a little small for the amount of people but it is in a fab location and I would not hesitate to return if I had children with me. The only thing I did find a little odd was that two days throughout our seven day stay there were no cleaners, which has never happened before in a 4 star hotel. Still, it wouldn’t put me off returning. If I went again I would request a ground floor room as they are so convenient!

Second time visiting in the last two years. Really good hotel without being close to a 5* experience, but located in what I feel is the best part of Costa Adeje. Everywhere clean and super well maintained. Very pretty and private feeling hotel with lower pool area. 2 years ago we went HB, this year it was BB which would be my recommendation to others. Otherwise you'll miss the great options for food and drink nearby. Breakfast is great with an excellent gluten free station containing separate toaster, lovely bread for toast (in sealed packets) and separate fridge with soya, oat milk and almond milk. Great to not have to queue with others! Even the coffee was good, which is rare from machines. The rooms here (studios) are very well proportioned and more than enough space for 2 adults and 2 older children (13 and 11). TV's also had the right connectors meaning I could plug my Firestick in and steam the test match! With screens to divide and separate beds for both kids, everyone was happy. On-site shop is very useful for poolside beers, soft drinks and big vats of water for the room with very reasonable pricing. Not that you need to venture very far for a larger supermarket - there's literally one 200 yards away. Air con also very quiet and very good. Beds decent. 2 years ago we were wowed by the entertainment team's evening shows, for how funny and frankly silly they were (I remember Rasmus in particular) this year...not quite as good. Don't get me wrong the girls performing were good, but they missed a male performer (don't shoot me) which would have brought a different dynamic. Everyone working here seemed happy though which is a really good sign. Thank you Sunwing for another memorable, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable holiday - we will be back.
