Value for money staff very helpful and friendly at reception nothing was to much trouble.studio apartment very clean and plenty of space as big as a one bedroom apartment. We asked when booking if it was possible to have a sea view and we were lucky great view .The breakfast was great well worth the money.You get a cleaner 2 times a week but you can always ask at reception if you need towels cleaned and replaced .There are 3 swimming pools which are great 2 of the pools are a lot quieter .The hotel is situated at the very top of the hill (curtesy bus available) .We walked down the hill as there are some nice bars and restaurants on the way down to the strip.We will definitely stay at this hotel again for a cheeky week away .

My friend and I were looking for a cheap getaway to Tenerife in March and we found this place, we went with lower expectations due to reviews we saw online but were extremely pleasantly surprised, we stayed in an amazing room/apartment room 3626 which was so spacious and nice, everything in this hotel was good, breakfast I was also pleasantly surprised by. However the reviews do have truth in them about the full English bits being abit cold/ lukewarm even at the start of breakfast which I think they could do with improving. Apart from that I thought the breakfast was pretty decent, lots of selection and even one day had a whole donut stand. Lots of fresh fruit available and lots of bread. Oh and one last thing, the hill.. as long as you are moderately fit the hill is okay, can feel very difficult in hotter weather however we saw so many taxis driving around that you should have no problems where that is concerned and there’s a free coach that goes from the hotel to las vistas I believe at certain times in the day.

“Sunny days and great staff”

Had a fabulous time at the Hollywood Mirage. We had a self-catering studio room on the ground floor which was very spacious and perfect for us. There were two single beds but we pushed them together which didn’t really bother us. Enjoyed having lunch and dinner some nights on our balcony and watching the stars on the sunbeds. Struggled to lock the balcony door when we got there but reception were great when we told them and very friendly about it. We managed it in the end with their help. Pools are fabulous, we tried out 2 of them and were able to rent a couple towels for 5 euro each. You can get a free bus into town which stops in between Los Cristianos and Las Americas so you can choose where you want to go. We got the bus on some days walked into town others. Tough walk back up the hill in the heat but we enjoyed it 😁 The only issue I had was we were visited by a few critters in our apartment nearly a week into our stay. Rather big ones too which panicked us a bit. We have no idea where they came from as we hadn’t seen any up until this point. However, when we told reception, they dealt with it effectively. Just want to say thank you to the staff for being so friendly and approachable. We have loved our stay and have made so many lovely memories.

“quite a good hotel.”
Good rooms and pool area. Breakfast was ok, but really hectic. There were a few really rude people on the staff, one of them was at breakfast and yelling. And you could see from his face how uncomfortable he was. He has no customer service skills.
